Works for me

After reading all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to install this app on my iPhone, but I was able to login and see all my health plan information. Works fine.

still cant login

Several other reviews have cited a do-loop of logging in or registering, this is still the case. I have an account with HPN and can login using a browser. When I go to login using this app, The member ID doesn't display correctly, I get a pop up that says I have an account, I click that I want to use the existing account, and I get booted back to the original generic login screen.

Worthless

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to login and though I know the info is correct I just get a message that they are having technical difficulties. First time I’ve had medical insurance with a company that doesn’t have a working, useable app.

Not worth downloading

This app doesn’t work it’s impossible to log in. I’d just use the website but that doesn’t work either…What’s the point in having health insurance you can’t even access?

Doesn’t work

I can’t login through the app or even on a laptop. It just brings me back to the previous page again and again. Don’t waste your time downloading as it won’t work!

Terrible app

I don’t know why I am even writing this. I tried to use this app before and it was broken. Glad to see that it is still broken. Tells me this app will never work. They don’t care. As long as you are giving them money right?

Doesn’t work with an iPhone?

Tried to register 3 times. This shouldn’t be on Apple apps. Endless loop of registering as others have pointed out For Years. Thought it would work but no way. Don’t pay attention to the bot that says the issue is fixed. Scroll back a couple of years and you can see the same problem over and over. How about this, spend some money and a real developer and not some cheap hack. Zero stars.

SUCH AN EASY APP TO USE

They have fixed the issues and this app was worth the wait. It is very user friendly and all your info is right there, no need to login to the online account. I see my referrals and prior authorizations, their status, claims , coverage, dr search. My favorite part is the insurance card can be added to your apple wallet. Good job to the developer on this one.

Zero Stars

Can’t even get in. It’s an endless loop. I log in it brings me to registration page. I enter the info and it says I already have an account and to log in. I try and log in and it brings me back to the registration page again.

Technical difficulties

This app is so bad right off the bat. Won’t recognize the ID I’ve triple checked and sent to my email a dozen times, instead giving me a technical difficulties notification. The way it connects to the browser is so counter intuitive for an app to begin with. Just not helpful.

The only thing more useless than the app is the website.

I’m three months of having this insurance I have successfully logged into the app or website zero times.

Forces to change password every month, so what is the fingerprint for if necessarily have to change password every month????????

Impossible to navigate

It’s not user friendly. I couldn’t even get on after putting in all info. Sad. I could use this if it were easier.

Insurance Card for iPhone Wallet

Your app won’t add my insurance card to my iPhone wallet. When I click on “add to wallet” it opens the Safari web browser to a previously opened web page that is not HPN.

App doesn’t work

Every time I try to login it gives me an errors stating that they are having technical difficulties.

Login on WEBSITE first

You HAVE to login on the website FIRST or on a computer. Was very aggravated but thought I’d give it a shot on the web before calling and it finally created my account. I used the site on my phone but my mom said she used a computer and that also worked. Now I can use the app but that was very inconvenient and needs to be fixed for future users.
