Nothing but issues
I would not recommend anyone to use this in place of passwords. Nothing but issues. Because I used my passport to strengthen my ID it was strong and then it expired and I wasn’t able to submit a tax return because my ID strength was lower (standard) than the last time I submitted a tax return (strong).

Useless app, useless systems
Can’t sign into the ATO to do tax as the strength of my verification is standard. Can’t change it as I do not have any other documents they list. Can’t call the ato - no ones picking up. Pointless system and confusing and hard to find help. The bot is useless. Just like every other Federal government service, people are the last priority, and political oversight non existent.

Hopeless
Absolutely hopeless app. Congrats team. Another fail. Does anyone consider user acceptance testing (UAT) when creating this app? Hint - walk out of your office, grab someone off the street and ask them to come in and try and log on and create an account and use the app. See how easy (or not!) it is for them and you will get the picture!!!! It shouldn’t be that hard or maybe for the app creators it is!

I’ve been on the phone on a support line. Confirmed I’m doing everything correctly but I keep ending up with “Unspecified Error”! Stuck on an endless loop. Whoever came up with this garbage needs to be fired! Whoever signed off on it needs to be fired!
