Worked pretty much as intended when I had to use it to get a background check for US Global Entry. Simple to use, no surprises. Interesting that it has such low ratings, definitely made me a bit uneasy when I first saw it. But yeah. Good job myID team
Endless loop of errors
Can’t add ID cos already got an account, it directs me to sign in as existing user but when I go to sign in as existing user it basically gets me to make a new account. Repeat for 2 hours. Cool.
Too complicated to use
I tried to log in to my Centrelink using this app and couldn’t use it. It’s too complicated for this pensioner. It asks me to enter a code that I don’t have. Why make it overly complicated??? I won’t use it.

I’m not even joking this app is literally trash, it would be more beneficial if this thing didn’t even exist in the first place.
Clumsy
Seems it can’t be activated on an iPhone and then download onto an iPad without going through the whole process again. There has to be a better way.

If there is 0 star, I would. Stop wasting tax payers money and create something that doesn’t work well! First time using the app already seeing constant spin and cant do anything!! Imagine a third party app performing like this, all staffs would sacked!!

I’m not sure if I have some sort of inability to understand how to handle the myID app. I’ve attempted to identify myself through various forms of identification yet it says it’s invalid even tho I’ve tried every method the help article suggested and now I’m locked out. This app is awful.

This is a horrible process, what is wrong with a normal physical ID that gets verified as and when required, why change things and make such a bad experience?

Nowhere does it state this is a paid app, all it says it the App Store is “Get”, there is no price tag.
But in order to download the app you must input a valid card number which you then get charged $30 without any notice !!
