Worked pretty much as intended when I had to use it to get a background check for US Global Entry. Simple to use, no surprises. Interesting that it has such low ratings, definitely made me a bit uneasy when I first saw it. But yeah. Good job myID team
Endless loop of errors
Can’t add ID cos already got an account, it directs me to sign in as existing user but when I go to sign in as existing user it basically gets me to make a new account. Repeat for 2 hours. Cool.
Too complicated to use
I tried to log in to my Centrelink using this app and couldn’t use it. It’s too complicated for this pensioner. It asks me to enter a code that I don’t have. Why make it overly complicated??? I won’t use it.

I’m not even joking this app is literally trash, it would be more beneficial if this thing didn’t even exist in the first place.
