Constantly changing login requirements
I use this app only semi frequently and it always seems to change how it wants you to log in. Face ID, email password, PIN number, and ai always have to reset everything because it never remembers my info. Absolutely infuriating.
Terrible user experience
Terrible user experience. It feels like the application has never been properly tested. I tried to book an appointment, but it froze at every step. In the end, I gave up and called my medical centre reception instead — the whole process took five minutes, compared to the twenty I wasted trying to make the app work.

Since going to MFA found it impossible to open
I get a video which is too small to see on my iPhone with a narration which is very difficult to understand it might as well be in a foreign language! If you are an iPhone user why should you need MFA anyway? A thumb or finger print is the most secure way of login ithere is. Sending a code that often expires before you get back to type it in, is frustrating and unnecessary complication. Everyone I know 60years and over hate Multi factor authentication. More secure? Just an illusion to convince us it is.

App experience is bad
It’s such an ugly glitchy app they need to hire a proper UX designer and reskin the whole thing… seriously because I has so much potential to be an industry leading software it just currently looks like some small start up app done in someone’s basement
Useless app.
With so many updates you would think that the app would work well. Not the case. Can’t even send messages to admin/provider/nurse
