Constantly changing login requirements
I use this app only semi frequently and it always seems to change how it wants you to log in. Face ID, email password, PIN number, and ai always have to reset everything because it never remembers my info. Absolutely infuriating.
Terrible user experience
Terrible user experience. It feels like the application has never been properly tested. I tried to book an appointment, but it froze at every step. In the end, I gave up and called my medical centre reception instead — the whole process took five minutes, compared to the twenty I wasted trying to make the app work.

Since going to MFA found it impossible to open
I get a video which is too small to see on my iPhone with a narration which is very difficult to understand it might as well be in a foreign language! If you are an iPhone user why should you need MFA anyway? A thumb or finger print is the most secure way of login ithere is. Sending a code that often expires before you get back to type it in, is frustrating and unnecessary complication. Everyone I know 60years and over hate Multi factor authentication. More secure? Just an illusion to convince us it is.

App experience is bad
It’s such an ugly glitchy app they need to hire a proper UX designer and reskin the whole thing… seriously because I has so much potential to be an industry leading software it just currently looks like some small start up app done in someone’s basement

With so many updates you would think that the app would work well. Not the case. Can’t even send messages to admin/provider/nurse

Quite simple in the set up and a few little quirks to work through but works flawlessly for me, simpler payment through app and Face ID additions have been great.
Nothing much going on
I have been familiar with Manage my Health as an app as my mum had this at her Medical Centre. It’s difficult to see where this app outperforms. The capabilities seem limiting and the app itself needs an upgrade including its appearance.

Every single time i go into this app, i require to update it. The amount of updates is ridiculous!

App Login “Freezing”
The last two times, months apart, that I have tried to book an appointment or order a prescription, the app will not respond to either login attempts, or password changing. It just freezes and does nothing.
A very poor app.

Overseas
It didn’t let you log in from overseas. That’s rather unhelpful if you’re travelling for work or on holiday and you need to get access to your medical details out prescriptions. So much for a self service app that can only be used in NZ…
Not easy to use
For an app that supports access to medical care it is clumsy hard to navigate and gives no feedback to the user Possibly selected deliberately by medical centres to cut down on patient contact because patients give up in sheer frustration Do not rate its useless.

Possibly the worst app in the world
This has been built by someone who should not be working in UX. It is unusable and has plainly never been tested in the real world. I wish the people who build this rubbish would stop and choose new careers and the people who pay them would stop.

It signed me out. I forgot my password, so i request a temporary one then sign in.
I go to make a new permanent password then the app crashes. I then re-open the app and put in the temporary password i got and now the password won't work.

Trying to register as a patient
Using iPhone and the boxes disappear above the heading do you can’t see what your doing and won’t let you pull back down.
The code sent times out or not accepted so after 6 attempts I’ve had to give up.
Pushed the help button and filled in all the details then it says it’s not set up and to contact the med centre. They are busy enough.
