Everyone I have come into contact including the Valet personnel have been as accommodating and sweet as they can be. Everyone is on top of what they are doing, thoroughly and kindly, doing their jobs and a pleasure to interact with.
I cannot choose my doctors
I recently moved and I am looking for a doctor near me. I cannot do it in the app. It does not give me the option to choose a location or a doctor. It simply send me to the doctor I was seen before which is too far for me to comute.
Eye doctor visit
On 06/01/2026 I had a eyes doctor visit scheduled, the app let me schedule my appointment, let me do the pre-check in but when I was at my appointment I have been told that my insurance was only good up to a 19 years old patient . I was shocked the app should have caught the age discrepancy while I was scheduling the visit . The app afterwards generated a no show message on my records but I was there at my appointment. Definitely some app improvements needs to be done at least in the booking department.

Updates
There are reminders for me to schedule appointments for my right breast issue. I took care of all of that, Had all of the tests necessary and all was good. So I don’t know why I still have reminders to get it checked out. Please update my files.

Incomplete instructions
I came in per Doctor’s orders for blood work and an x ray. I checked in paid and sat to wait to be called. They took me back for blood work pretty quickly. The tech was nice and all was great. The receptionist never instructed to come back an re-check in for the X ray so I sat there for 45 mins to an hour and finally stood in line to see why it was taking so long. Only up he told I should have checked back in after the blood work was done. She NEVER instructed me to to check back in but somehow was supposed to know that!

Non stop useless emails Notifications that always load , “failed to complete” so you never know what your message was or is

Billing
Before clinical, the staff said insurance covers all, visited then charged different amounts. After a few months, the balance shows up as needed to pay. Something not right.
App
Not user friendly. Allow patients to amend their medication list. This could potentially be a dangerous situation if physicians are not able to view before patients next visit or ask for refills
Quotes
I have had Kelsey for a while now. Last year I had a CT scan and was advised that I was responsible for $130. I satisfied $100 and honestly forgot the $30 until this year when I received a call saying I now owe $257. I asked where did that number come from and was informed at the time of your visit is only an estimated quote. That is because your insurance had not been billed yet. This is extremely misleading.

Notification times
I am writing this before 7am because the app decides to send notifications at 6 am. Often it will send at 6am on Sunday. They can easily make it only send after 8 am and only on weekdays.
