Trash….
The app won’t allow me to delete lost cards. If you mark the card lost, or stolen now you can’t remove the card. The digital QR code never scans and now the balance shown is inaccurate even if I reload, close and reopen the app. It’s a shame the taxpayers paid more money to this transit program and we still have horrendous service and trash apps. The nerve of raising fares is a real head scratcher.

Transfer problem
The app will not let me transfer money from my other my keys cards that’s on my account.
Works better now.
As of 10/20/25 it seems they have fixed the QR code issue on new iphones. I can ride the bus again now. Thank you.
Doesn’t work
I have the app on an iPhone 16e and the QR code to pay doesn’t show up, even with a linked card and funds. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and signing in and out and doesn’t work. Called customer service and they couldn’t help, and the customer support email doesn’t work. Very frustrating.
DOES NOT WORK RIGHT
Will not let me manually enter the numbers required to add value from a purchased ticket. No numbers or text boxes pop up to let you type in all the info needed to register, update or add any value from station platform kiosk purchased tickets. And the scan text option via iPhone OS will not focus correctly on the numbers either. The perfect marriage of Bad App Design & Apple's integrated tech failure

Reset password
I couldn’t get the password reset option to work on the app but i did it to work on the Indygo website and then was able to get back on the app.

Can’t log in/Forgot password
it says that it cannot send me a password reset email and also when I try to set up a new account with my email it says an account already exists, but I still can’t get the reset password email to send. Needs work
Can’t pay for my friends
App only works for yourself. Garbage product team behind this app.
Horrible
App allowed me to sign up and verify my email; however, it won’t allow me to login. No keyboard will appear for me to input my username and password on my Apple 15 pro max with latest operating system. I’ve forced the app to stop and re-opened it, and the keyboard will never appear. I even tried turning my phone to see if it was a landscape vs portrait issue. Nope.

QR code
I downloaded the app and it only worked once on the bus. Since then I tried many other times on Indygo buses but the validation machine on board could not read the QR code on my phone!
Cannot load fare card
This app is useless. I have tried multiple cards multiple times and cannot get a fare card to load to my app. What am I missing??

Payment Options and Auto Fill issues
Does this app accomplish its main goal for me to pay for my transit? Absolutely. But see below. The option to displayed for Apple Pay is not clickable. The auto refill option doesn’t work. I’ve identified my threshold to be under $5 to add $10 more dollars and my balance ($4.50) has not updated. Overall, I want this app to do well and hope more things become native to it (maps, etc.) - currently looks like a frame to a browser in some areas. Those items and payment options and auto-refill guided my score here. Looking forward to updates!
