I’m unable to find information on medication that I’m taking and can’t find anything about how to find out if it’s covered. It’s frustrating having to keep searching and coming up empty.

I need diabetic meds. Yall say 90 % cost coverage on prescription but I was told today my diabetic meds are 1100$ with yall covering only $500. So I guess I’ll die over your greed. Thanks a lot …..

I can’t see my family information. Hold times to try to get help over the phone are ridiculous. Very frustrating situation
Incorrect deductibles on new cars
After two phone calls and two messages my ID cards for this year still do not reflect the correct information. The automated system to call can be cumbersome and I am only got one response on the first message I left saying the issue was addressed. I had spoken to someone since my message but the issue was not resolved. This is frustrating to say the least.

Pre-authorization
Hard to get a pre-authorization for medicine.
Awful app
App doesn’t provide all information. I get a “try again” message, or nothing at all. Also, I’ve contacted customer service through the app everyday for 6 days in a row. No response.
Sucks
One star need zero. Keeps kicking me out and don’t even get start to call them. Still on hold for over 2 1/2 hour while typing this.
Not up to date
I see my new advantage plan card but also my old dental plan card in the ID’s. The dental was to be replaced with the advantage PPO. Also there is no access to any portion of my advantage plan. No drug guidance or such and I was quoted full price for a plan covered drug.

This apps works not even half the time. Takes you out of the app to pages that don’t load. Just the app and blue cross and blue shield are horrible.

I love the redesign and the integration with MyChart. Health insurance is complex, and the app helps simplify the information I need to manager my health and money
I love LaBlue
I love this app! All of my care and benefits are at my fingertips! No guessing about if I have met my deductible! It is so convenient!
Can’t use all features
I keep getting error messages when I try to pay on line or look at my claims
New to LABlue
I only recently started using My LABlue and so far I am impressed. The site is pretty user friendly. So far so good.
Annoying emails
To start with I had to get With Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana so I can sign up because going through the app it kept on just not doing anything for me. She had to send me a link. I had filled out everything three times prior to calling, and that was a pain in the butt.
Additionally, now that I’ve registered I keep on getting an email saying this my last chance to activate my LA Blue, which I think is a joke since I’m already receiving LA Blue. They need to get the act together.
I will say, however, that the young lady who helped me over the phone getting into the new app did an outstanding job and was very patient with me but she shouldn’t have had to do that but Blue Cross wasn’t smart enough to have all the old information from the old app automatically transferred to the new app to where all I would have to do that the information was correct and add anything that they needed new. Kind of sad.
