Hidden buttons
I’ve tried to sign up several times, but the screen where payment info is added has an inaccessible submit button. Seems to have been an issue for quite a while. Or whyle. Whatever. Can’t use it.
App is a waste it takes forever to get a driver

Tried four different times to get rides on four different days. It will never connect with a driver. After watching the app try to find a driver for 10+ minutes, I give up and use Lyft. I want this to work because it’s much cheaper, but it just doesn’t. Hopefully they fix this.
Glassdoor reviews claim unethical business practices.
This company has a few unfavorable Glassdoor reviews for bad management and claims of short changing their drivers and reducing their wages spontaneously.

After waiting 20+ minutes for a cab I had to cancel and was still charged and spoke to someone and did not help no refund
A waste
I can never get a driver. A complete waste of an app.
Update- I recently had a driver who was late, and then drove right past me. I had an appt., and it took him forever to go around the corner, instead of making a U turn. I am trying because their prices are better then Lyft and definitely Uber, but, you have got to do better.
I will say, when your call the office, they are very cordial, and try to get you what you need.

App crashes
Very very bad the app crashes everywhere you touch it in zoom the app the click balack button on the top right corner 1 start is more then enough should be 0

Not a fan
Tried to schedule a ride but the app kept prompting me to reenter my CVV number. Scheduled one successful ride and when I when to schedule another ride I got a prompt to call customer support. Whoever took the call stated I had too many canceled rides and I have to wait for the supervisor to call me back tomorrow. I can only assume it’s a result of a buggy app. It’s unfortunate because I got the message as I was in a rush to schedule a car. I really don’t know if I can trust the app again

Doesn’t work
So I tried Myle today and the driver called me to cancel the ride because he doesn't know how to pick me up cause his app is not showing my location. What a joke 😂

So much cheaper than Uber of Lyft!!
Price
I read in the Newspaper this service will be a cheaper alternative than Lyft and Uber, but honestly it’s more than both.

Code won’t send
Tried to use the app but the verification code wasn’t received so I couldn’t activate. After reading all of the negative reviews, I guess the only think I’m missing out on are longer than advertised wait times and bad service.
Unable to sign up
I tried having the verification code sent to my phone 5 times and never got anything. Seems to be very buggy...
Buggy first version
This app was clearly not tested on small screens. On my iPhone SE, many items are truncated or overlapping. The constant vibration is very annoying.
Very good experience
Used Myle for the first time, took a 2 minutes longer then showed, but the price is unbeatable! Driver was very pleasant and car was super clean. Definitely will Use Myle again
Does not send code to start app
I have downloaded this app several times and after I enter my cell it never sends a code so I can’t proceed. I am using an iPhone 8
Completely Broken
Waited for a driver in the Lower East Side. Two consecutive no shows with the same driver. Third attempt matched with a different driver, but also no show. After waiting 20 minutes, was charged $4.50 for cancellation. Lyft showed up in 3 minutes.
