Horrible app
This app does not reflect any correct data about my system. Frustrating that the website is no longer working and this app hasn’t been updated in years. Good thing I have a reliable app from my installer. Now that I’ve been put back to automatic updates for my SRECs I’m hoping that the data supplied this month is correct. Waste of my time to have downloaded this app and Locus (or whoever owns the company now) is no help at all.

My App stopped working
My App just stopped working. No data, no information and no assistance from App support. I need assistance with this App. Please help.
Hasn’t worked since last year.
App was slow but at least worked. December 2022 was last time app worked. No support or way to contact them. Have been taking manual readings from our solar the last two months. No support from our solar installer about this issue.
Very disappointed
I loaded the app on my phone because the web app was no longer working and my solar installer told me to switch over to the mobile app after they checked with Locus.
Available data is limited. There is no way to get historical data beyond the immediate previous timeframe (day, month, etc. )
There’s no indication of the time data points are taken for “current “ reading. I am being forced to go physically to the meter in order to get data precisely and at specific times for my reporting on the system.
For my needs I find this app almost totally useless.

Very outdated app
This app has not been updated in 3 years. The production data is up to 24 hours behind! Developer, can you please update the app so it shows production data in real time?
Worst app
It delayed by hours and it hasn’t said how much power I’ve generated in a week. Tried deleting it and reloading, but didn’t help. Now I got an email that someone changed my password and I cannot get a new one when staying I forgot my password.

Slow, Poor app, little information
This app ties to a power meter on a solar array.
It’s slow, typically at least 2 hours behind reality.
You can’t go back to see any detail past yesterday.
Sometimes it just hangs there, no info.
It would be nice to:
See any day back for (at least) the current year
See near real time power output, not a 2 + hour wait
See trends in power (seasonal, histogram, monthly, etc)

Limited diagnostics
Only provides basic info on your system. Doesn’t show individual panel output, which is helpful for troubleshooting.
