the worst investment I did in my life , when you sign they make all promises about retains and once you put in the money so many stories start to show up. They only care about taking their fees. I lost more than 30% from my principal in 5 years same period I made 26% from my own investment in other channels utilizing same investment tools. Not recommended.

Уже третий день пытаюсь зайти в приложение чтобы загрузить свой страховой сертификат. Каждый раз приложение просит сменить пароль. Каждый раз я его меняю, а оно продолжает просить новый! Дизайн сайта просто никакой. На телефоне все просто исчезает или плывет.

Garbage app that asks you to change password to login randomly. You could be in a hospital in an emergency but you have spend 10 minutes changing your password
Next to useless app
Password requirement is very basic. Can’t take more than 13 and will not accept special characters which does not mention when you change your password. Won’t let you proceed without changing your password where the requirement is poorly worded. Will force you to update your profile but gives an error whenever you try to. Can’t proceed because of the error. Useless!

Dear MetLife,
It is great that MetLife costumers are able to manage everything through an app. The issue I continuously face with the app is every time I log in I am asked to change my password. 1. It is annoying because sometimes you need to access the app quickly, and this prompt stops you from doing so. 2. I am literally tuning out of passwords to use.

I can’t use it at all
Keep signing out all the time, keep changing the password every 5 minutes, I can’t even call the call center

Can’t see my medical card , can’t access the app with my wife details !
Unusable
The app just crashes and won’t open. I checked for an update and there is none. I have an emergency and need to access my account and can’t. This app is actually dangerous and needs to be updated for the actual 2020s, not for 1999. Just garbage.
