App crashes

The app will either crash while walking or won’t be able to analyze the walking activity. It also crashes while doing exercises and won’t record the most recent exercise.

Things have come on in leaps and bounds since I started work in the NHS (now retired) the introduction to the digital world has improved things immensely

Frustrating

This app is very frustrating. It does not let you go back and reread any educational information. Any educator will tell you that material should be available for reference. Repetition is the key to understanding. That is also true of the exercises. Should be able to go back and review them.

Amazing tool to support prep for surgery and after surgery. I feel very fortunate to have been a patient of Mr Ganapathy and his team in Abergele Hsp and Ysbyty Gwynedd and have had access to this app.

Make me Mobile

Love the Mobility App but sometimes annoying when there are too many prompts! But on the whole excellent for creating a daily routine (of sorts)!

Not counting my walks

The app doesn’t count walking sessions if I wear my Apple Watch but don’t carry my IPhone. It counts the steps but not the walking sessions. Seems odd for an app the keeps track of how many days you wear your Apple Watch.

Promises much, delivered nothing for me

Clearly a lot of development had gone into this app, however my “team” has zero commitment to it so for me it’s a waste of time. Also it doesn’t link to my Apple Watch. So what’s the use?

It’s ok.

It doesn’t update on a regular basis despite having the base close to me at night so hard to track my progress. If it goes 3-4 days between updating my info it does me no good. I want to see day by day progress.

Useless App

I was thrilled when I saw this thinking that I could communicate with the surgeon and do some monitoring and get advice on training. None of these were realised. Very disappointing.

Great help

This App is amazing and so informative. This is my second time using the app due to my second knee being operated on. When I first used it I did think I wouldn’t need to use it and glance over information, little did I know how valuable it would be not only does it give you advice tasks physio count down to surgery it also tracks your movements and you can leave messages for the team and they reply quickly.

Post surgery rehabilitation

Unfortunately it’s 4 months after I’d had my hip surgery. Would have been very helpful if I’d just had my surgery however I had it in August I’ve had 5 months on my own trying to rehabilitate

I love this App. It was so nice to be able to ask a question to any of the medical staff at any time. Also to have rehab on my wrist and results readily available with check-ins was such a great idea. I felt very well supported post op. Great idea. 👏

Recall tasks

Just wish we could bring up older tasks after the fact. I couldn’t remember the exercises I was supposed to be doing and couldn’t bring them back up.
