Medication
App can’t find my medication’s and it’s very difficult to add additional medication information manually
Needs improvement
I see two providers who utilize this app. I have to search for the link for each practice. It doesn’t show all the appointments like a normal portal. I had to enter the information for each link. I have to completely sign out and find website for each practice to do anything. There should be an option to switch with the app. Otherwise it’s too much work. I see reviews talking about this 3 years ago and it appears nothing had changed

Glitchy on iPad and iPhone
Had to get for my doctor appt, and first tried on my IPad but couldn’t get the keyboard to display. Then got further on iPhone but took 5 tries to get the sign prompt to appear. Gave up on the rest. Seems to have a lot of bugs but can be useful.
Login abysmal
No way to set username and password. Must input birthdate by clicking back one month at a time, in my case for 72 years, each time you log in. Horrible!
Fix this
Im using an iPhone 16pro and have a dermatology appointment today. It has taken me two days and a chat with Google AI to log onto my account. Once you get to the screen where it asks for your name and DOB the edges are cut off. I changed all my settings I turned my phone and iPad sideways (yes with the lock off) and nothing. I managed to get my name and DOB in then it wanted to send me a code the option button was not an option! After consulting my new AI friend I tricked the app into sending me a code. This has been 2 days of my life I’ll not get back… fix it! I’m not sick but I’m an RN and a lot of people are sick and the last thing a sick person needs is how they can figure out the app to get to a clinic with their information in place.
My suggestion on how to get you guys to fix things like this is to have to use the app to open the door to the toilet every time you want to pee. I’m sure you’d come up with a quicker solution if that was the case.
I worked in the ER for years and had to deal with people dying infront of me while I was trying to get into their medical records with passwords and inopportune times to change my password. Think about this patient don’t calmly sit behind a desk with a coffee and donuts they have busy none computer related lives. When making an app think about the oldest person in your family and make it work for them.
