In the 2+ years that my I have used this app as a patient I have never had a session where some portion of the app didn’t fail - sometimes the messages, sometimes the appointments, sometimes the Home Screen. Something always fails. If your doctor uses this app the best thing that you can do is stay in touch with your doctor’s office through something other than this app.

Data not loading
My provider is switching to this app and it is a nightmare to use
One star
But now I can’t see any information. All I get is a message that says “Couldn’t load data”
Since latest update getting error message on home tab can’t load data.
No wonder its rated at 4.1, app is no good and I can’t advance from the main screen even if I am using the correct URL for the doctor office.
I really liked this ap at first but now it won’t download all your data
Adding meds is almost impossible
I love it
The app is very old style in that it is quite manual: dates have to be dialed in - Which is so much longer than typing. So far that is my main complaint.
Deep link doesn’t work. Pasting URL doesn’t work. Removing https:// doesn’t work. Can’t get into app.
Appointments don’t have an option to add to your calendar with the details.
Very buggy… several of my providers use appatient and my cache fills in logon form with the wrong information… even though there appears to be a unique code at end of url string
App seems fine if you only have a single medical office that uses the app, but switching between different office urls requires me to remember each office’s portal address or access mail to find it. Seems better if the app could remember your offices and present you with a choice of which patient portal you want to login to?

App tends to Glitch a lot, it’s hard to type messages
It did not give me the option of entering my date of birth by using the 00/00/0000 selection. I had to go back month by month and year by year scrolling arrows. Since Im 82, it took me over 900 swipes to get to my dob. It would be more user friendly if an update would be made. I used my IPhone.
Absolutely the most frustrating patient portal app I have ever used. I have some minor vision problems and trying to send a message to my doctor is impossible. The app thinks it knows what I want to say and keeps auto filling with words I didn’t add or want.
The app will auto complete text (as in automatically in the message window) with no approval if you have predictive text on iOS. This makes writing messages almost impossible unless you disable predictive text everywhere. Horrible design.
App can’t find my medication’s and it’s very difficult to add additional medication information manually
