Mailer link doesn’t work

Deep link doesn’t work. Pasting URL doesn’t work. Removing https:// doesn’t work. Can’t get into app.

Accessibility

Appointments don’t have an option to add to your calendar with the details.

Brings me to the wrong provider

Very buggy… several of my providers use appatient and my cache fills in logon form with the wrong information… even though there appears to be a unique code at end of url string

Maybe I am using this wrong

App seems fine if you only have a single medical office that uses the app, but switching between different office urls requires me to remember each office’s portal address or access mail to find it. Seems better if the app could remember your offices and present you with a choice of which patient portal you want to login to?

Glitchy

App tends to Glitch a lot, it’s hard to type messages

DOB entry

It did not give me the option of entering my date of birth by using the 00/00/0000 selection. I had to go back month by month and year by year scrolling arrows. Since Im 82, it took me over 900 swipes to get to my dob. It would be more user friendly if an update would be made. I used my IPhone.

Awful app

Absolutely the most frustrating patient portal app I have ever used. I have some minor vision problems and trying to send a message to my doctor is impossible. The app thinks it knows what I want to say and keeps auto filling with words I didn’t add or want.

Turn off auto complete!!

The app will auto complete text (as in automatically in the message window) with no approval if you have predictive text on iOS. This makes writing messages almost impossible unless you disable predictive text everywhere. Horrible design.

Medication

App can’t find my medication’s and it’s very difficult to add additional medication information manually

Needs improvement

I see two providers who utilize this app. I have to search for the link for each practice. It doesn’t show all the appointments like a normal portal. I had to enter the information for each link. I have to completely sign out and find website for each practice to do anything. There should be an option to switch with the app. Otherwise it’s too much work. I see reviews talking about this 3 years ago and it appears nothing had changed

Glitchy on iPad and iPhone

Had to get for my doctor appt, and first tried on my IPad but couldn’t get the keyboard to display. Then got further on iPhone but took 5 tries to get the sign prompt to appear. Gave up on the rest. Seems to have a lot of bugs but can be useful.

Login abysmal

No way to set username and password. Must input birthdate by clicking back one month at a time, in my case for 72 years, each time you log in. Horrible!

Fix this

Im using an iPhone 16pro and have a dermatology appointment today. It has taken me two days and a chat with Google AI to log onto my account. Once you get to the screen where it asks for your name and DOB the edges are cut off. I changed all my settings I turned my phone and iPad sideways (yes with the lock off) and nothing. I managed to get my name and DOB in then it wanted to send me a code the option button was not an option! After consulting my new AI friend I tricked the app into sending me a code. This has been 2 days of my life I’ll not get back… fix it! I’m not sick but I’m an RN and a lot of people are sick and the last thing a sick person needs is how they can figure out the app to get to a clinic with their information in place.
My suggestion on how to get you guys to fix things like this is to have to use the app to open the door to the toilet every time you want to pee. I’m sure you’d come up with a quicker solution if that was the case.
I worked in the ER for years and had to deal with people dying infront of me while I was trying to get into their medical records with passwords and inopportune times to change my password. Think about this patient don’t calmly sit behind a desk with a coffee and donuts they have busy none computer related lives. When making an app think about the oldest person in your family and make it work for them.

Terrible

Can’t even login

Annoying to fill out

Difficult to fill out on phone. Made me go back monthly to my birth month rather than type in. I’m 78!! Wouldn’t tsk r allergies separately made put all in one box. This is my 4th medical portal!!! Why can’t doctors use one!!!

date of birth

Takes forever to input DOB. Fix the way year has to be input.

App did not work

App did not work. Just gave me a generic login error.

No keyboard input allowed to sign on

My dermatologist recommended DL of this app. However, after inputting the url on the first screen, can’t log on! Neither the name user verification info nor the UserID and PW can be adjusted/entered b/c no keyboard option is available. ( And I tried every option on the screen.). Some data entry may be required at least the first time and everything shouldn’t have to be pasted. Deleting b/c useless.

Doesn't work

I can never get this app to work! I press need help and get tele health link?? Doesn't take me to sign in for the practice I need!

Bad software

This is a quickly written piece of software (pos). For example it asks for a url input. Then rejects that input as not a url if it includes the http://. This is a REQUIRED part of a URL!!!
What it should ask is for an IP address.
In addition the software politely tells one to remove the URL
Prefix. Since the software has identified the problem the software should fix it. It would take a single line of code to do so. Hence the developers are lazy and incompetent.
