Terrible app
If I could give this zero stars, I would. You have to sign in every. single. time you open the app. And most times, it just spins and spins. I’ve given up and have just started using the website.
Remembers Nothing!
Every time I open the app the screen just stays white. I have to close the app, then select the use different account, log in then validate my phone and DOB. What’s the point of asking the app to remember my information if it never does.

Too small and too light print
Why not just use your patient portal? The app will track. Very difficult to read on an iphone. Tried to use on Duck Duck go instead and Klara never sent the code to log in. Tried 3x. Telehealth never works so you have to convert to a phone call.
Connection NOT Secure - Identity Theft Possible
I tried to use this app And got a warning message that says this connection is not secure then it says this website does not support connecting HTTPS
Then it goes on to say the information you see and enter on this website including credit cards phone numbers and passwords can be red and turned by other people.

not user friendly
very annoying having to sign in every time i open the app. even when selecting "remember this device for 30 days" i still have to verify my phone number, email, and date of birth every single time i want to access the app. why even have the option there if it doesn't work?
