The worst login experience
Only few chances you can login into the app successfully. Or you just need to start over again and again to just get into the app.
Irritating log in
It’s fine as a basic HIPPA secure platform for healthcare providers but it makes you log in every them and confirm your birthday etc. It should have some basic biometric integration where you don’t have to reauthenicate with each interaction.
Repetitive, malfunctioning app
Unnecessarily repetitive. Asked for my birthday multiple times. When trying to view forms, there was no way to say I was had seen them. I couldn’t tell if all the info I entered was saved. It’s irritating and doesn’t inspire confidence.
Terrible patient user experience
It’s a feat to view a message from my doctor. I have to open the app, enter my phone number, select my profile, then pick the provider, then enter my birthdate…..scroll scroll scroll with the dial to get to the right year, the same for month and day….then, accept terms and conditions. And the option to remember me for next time doesn’t ever work. I have biometrics face recognition on and this is still like trying to get into fort knox.
It may be a doctor preference in the way the settings are configured the, but for me, the download file option is disabled and there is no easy option to print a file either.
So, if they send you forms or reports through the portal good luck trying to print them easily.

Slow
Doesn’t work half the time. It just spins that I spend 10 to 15 minutes just trying to get a message from the nurse that could be left on a voicemail.
I remember why I deleted it last time
It requires codes from phone AND email to login, EVERY single time.

HORRIBLE logs out constantly
Absolutely terrible, logs me out every 30 seconds. Reloads when I’m writing a message for more than a minute, and makes me log in with 5 factor authentication again. Fix your app! I’ve reported the issue many times to the developer. They are lying, they won’t fix it. Just fix it! Stop logging me out! I was an app developer this is not difficult. Fix it.

Some problems
When signing into the app I received an error message that my DOB was not valid before I completed entering it. Without completing that I was then taken to the terms and conditions with no way to exit. I could only close the app and begin again. After I was finished there was no way to sign out.
An eternity to load
This app never opens after I enter the verification code. It just continuously shows the loading symbol.
It’s awful
It just doesn’t work. You can’t leave a doctor, it never loads, it never saves any information of mine, it makes me log in over and over again and I’ll enter in my phone number over and over and over again. It’s exhausting when all I need to do is message my doctor. I hate that I have to go through them

The Worst Patient Comm App
This is by far the most difficult and frustrating patient communication app I have ever used. About 75% of the time it doesn’t allow me to login, it doesn’t recognize my login name or password, it’s difficult to navigate, it’s not intuitive, and it doesn’t allow me to view actual test results in special cases.
PLEASE KLARA, give it up to MY CHART - In my opinion, The Golden Standard.

Patient
Too complicated. Patient portal system much easier to work with.
Completely useless
App never opens quickly, login never works, messages from doctors office take you too a browser instead of app, then it gets confused and have to reauthenticate even if you check to remember this device. You’re better off calling the office and listening un to hold music.
Is this app even still being maintained?
I’ve been trying to use this app with my doctor but I’m starting to think no one works on it. First I tried the website, which just loads forever and I have to reset multiple times for it to load. I thought the app probably would work better and initially it did! But now when I go back in to read the response to my initial message I can’t even re-login easily. It recognizes me, does a face unlock success symbol and then nothing. But if I re-enter as if it’s my first time to the site, I can get in, but that’s like 20 extra steps every time! Now I see all the bad reviews of the same experience. Wish my doctor would use another app… do better Klara!

PITA to use
I don’t know who programmed this, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. The option to stay logged in for 30 days is useless. Check it as many times as you want, but you have to re-login every time you try to use the app. Clearly not programmed or designed by anybody who actually uses the program because if they did, they wouldn’t let this kind of nonsense remain in place.

KLARA… Seems like it’s mostly about money
This comment has nothing to do with how I feel about my doctor or the clinic that she works in. It has to do with KLARA… First of all I have an older iPhone and I cannot get into that medical information program when I finally do get into it it tells me there was a problem with my last purchase which is not true and why should a money issue be the first thing that pops up when you’re trying to get information from your Doctor or check in for your appt. Early checkin? Impossible. OK now you’ve heard my rant I still love my doctor I just don’t prefer their choice of communication

Never remembers
This app doesn’t use any on device authentication. It constantly prompts for a birthdate even an app. It doesn’t use Face ID or any other technologies like even the basic autofill from contacts. It’s terrible.
Logging in frustration
This app is so frustrating. I have to sign in every single time even though I say keep me signed in for 30 days.

Doesn’t remember me and I always need to do around 3 rounds of authentication just to check a message
