Lots of features are not working, app not connecting with device. No couple connect is working in iPhone.
The app hasn’t been working over a month
The app has stopped working and there is no way to reach out to the company. They’re deleting comments on their IG too!

It takes atleast 15 mins for the device to connect to the app and it keeps connecting disconnecting
Can’t update the bluetooth device name which is crucial
The partner session is only for 30 mins and partner only has access to live control
Can’t connect the massage if you’re using airpods! The massager keeps getting disconnected
The bluetooth range is too short for device with phone and if you get too far away the device disconnects
More features are needed for partner access and control also scheduling the turn on off feature. Also better connectivity with device phone and partner.

Great app! It connects smoothly to the massager and is super easy to use. I love how I can customize the settings and switch between modes quickly. It really enhances the overall experience!
Unexpected error during signing in
I haven’t been able to login for a month. It says the an unexpected error occured during social sign it. I have tried signing with all ways. None works.
Not good product
Didn’t server the purpose. Will not recommend to buy. Read closely on return policy because it’s confusing and later they will not take the ownership.

Smooth and easy user experience. Connecting and pairing the massager is a breeze and the cherry on the cake is the long-distance feature - it blew our minds.
