Won’t allow me to register
I went through all the registration steps and then it tells you to click finish and says it will send an email. It never sent the email so I can’t get on the website.
App works as well as the company does, horrible
Glitches, slow, laggy, can’t even get past the password screen. To even type having to close and restart the app multiple times to get it to even allow me to type in my username.
Perfect representation of how bad this company is. They’ll break your wheelchair and then tell you to use their broken app to try to set up a service request.

Very antiquated app. No auto fill in for customer information , no facial recognition,limited chat support -ugh

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but it keeps giving me grief over a password. I’ll have it set, it lets me log in once, then next time it says it’s wrong. Now I can even log in.
Literally the website wrapped in an app
This app is programmed as if it's written by a college kid in an App 101 class. It's literally the website on mobile. There's literally no reason for this to exist just use the website on your browser of choice.
