Cant get on app

They text me and gave me a link to download the app. I download the app from the App Store and every time I try to get on it and open it it keeps telling me I’m not connected to the Internet. I am connected to the Internet and it keeps doing this. Not much help.

Plan to get a professional photographer

I attempted to take my first set of photos required for the guarantee program today. First off, there are a number of room, lighting and wardrobe requirements. Then to get just a few, maybe 6, “approved” photos I had to take at least 80 shots. The error message kept saying that it couldn’t detect anyone in the photo. What? Both my face and hair were clearly in every shot. I alighted my face with the guides shown in the app, tried closer, tried further away. It really seems like they just don’t want to own up to the advertised guarantee. I’m questioning the product now.

Awful app and customer service

It’s impossible to reach anyone or file a claim because the app keeps glitching and won’t take you to the right page. Just kept going back to square one. Login issues, contact issues, claim page issues.

We don’t offer samples of our formulas because it does take 3-6 months to notice significant hair growth results, but a Nutrafol subscription includes additional support to reach your hair goals, such as consultations with our Naturopathic Doctors, a Hair Mineral Analysis, and a complimentary subscription to Headspace.

Adding Moods to the Next Day

UPDATE: It did it again. This app is now continuously adding my current mood to the next day. This is ridiculous! What is the point of reflecting your mood daily, when it keeps pushing it towards the next day instead of the current day. This is a poorly designed app. Fix the issue ASAP.

This app is a great app to track the progress of my hair growth! But, when I fill in the bubbles of my daily moods, I’ve noticed that at times the app will put my mood for that day on tomorrow’s date, instead of today.

Please repair the glitch. I have photos for proof.

“beta mode”

For a company this big, you’d think the app would be more useful. There’s really no point in using the app to manage your account or subscription. All of that can only be done through the website on a browser.
