iPhone set up
I’ve been trying to set up the app, after filling all requires fields, the app gives an error: Location service required. The app DOES NOT provide “Location Services.
Fraud
This company should be just down by the state of Florida. I used MyPark to park at Dadeland Mall in Miami FL for 15 minutes and they charged my credit card $69.00!! There is no way to reach them. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
Lastest app update
I've been using this app for a long time, without issues. Unfortunately, the recent update has significantly downgraded the overall service, and at this point the app is barely functional.
Scam
I parked there because it says it was three dollars. But the meter never stopped. Customer service won’t answer the AI feature for Health doesn’t answer nobody answers. I’m not gonna pay. The timer is still running I hope they don’t charge me because if not, I’m gonna sue. They should add a button to stop the timer cause, even if I left the parking spot the timer kept running.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia. Me cobraron 2 estacionamientos a la vez.
Al momento de salir del estacionamiento. Y el cobro
La app y la idea está súper genial, pero al momento de salir no reconoce que te fuisteis y sigue contando el tiempo. Traté de comunicarme a través del email de ellos y llamar al número pero tampoco tuve respuesta. En mi caso tuvo que virar una 1 hora después y verificar si es que estaba estancado y luego que lo subí manual comenzó a sonar y varios minutos después reconoció que me fui del estacionamiento. Tienen que mejorar eso URGENTE!! o poner una opción en conjunto con la localización para darle un botón de terminar uso.
En adición al momento de cobrar fueron $3+tax luego el tiempo del estacionamiento más otra ves $3+tax

Pésima te cobran de más porque las máquinas no suben cuando uno sale y sigue marcando que uno está, o cuando uno quiere entrar no bajan pero sale como que sí y no te deja cancelar en fin pésimo sistema

It supposed to pay for 2 hours 3 dollars and the bill was 10 dollars. I was there for 2 hours.

esta bueno pero deberían explicar como uno añadir otras horas y explicar mejor todo porque me perdí mucho no entendí. y termine pagando 10 dólares por 1 hora adicional estuve pendiente y no sabia como hacer para pagar una cantidad que no fuera exagerada, fue mi primera experiencia y no buena espero mejoren eso en el app

Needs MAJOR development updates
This app is honestly so bad… tried to download and reserve a spot ahead of time and couldn’t even get the search function to work, let alone show me the right mall I was looking for. This app is already sketch, why would I even want to attempt to add my credit card information. I’m sure the security on this app is nonexistent, so I wouldn’t trust them with your information. Deleted after 10 minutes of frustration!

App doesn’t match website
I used to use this app all the time. Now the malls near me are no longer available in the app- anywhere in my state. The website locations show my mall as available. It would be nice to know which is accurate.
Horrible App
Couldn’t find the parking space and there was no option to cancel. The app registered me as parking when I did not. No response to emails or calls.
Scam
I parked for an hour and they charged me for 8 hours. The sistem doesn’t work well

I thought it was a good idea to park in "MyPark", oh I was completely wrong.
I'm trying to find parking and decided to use "MyPark" thought it was all good but when it was time to go my session wouldn’t end. Mind it was $5 dollars per hour and I only stayed 1h 30min but the timer kept going. The app is super slow, glitchy and it doesn’t work properly.
After a while it stopped but I go check my card and they charged me a total of $25, i tried to call and their number isn’t available, and sent email and got no response.
Customer service is extremely bad, it charged me 2 reservations when I only parked in one space and once I left the time just kept going.
1. Fix the App
Add a button where you can manually end your session not deliberately letting the machine decide
2. Get a Customer Service
No being able to contact anyone for this is frustrating
