unable to access mobile app
If you do not update your phone to ios 18.4 it will not allow you to access the mobile app.
Screen
Can’t see my bank account after the update. Nothing happens after initial screen pops up.
Latest update doesn’t work
Was forced to update to the latest version. My app is now stuck on the opening screens with the magnolias on it. I’m unable to login at all

It s nice to have a creative idea but it is not always better for someone who has blind color. It s better to keep it simply as black and white bec bank balance or payment s very important responsible

The app is sorry. I can never unlock my card when I need it. It always says card issue. I have to wait hours or a few days for it to unlock. When I call customer service, they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. And Zelle won’t let me send or receive anything.
