I wish for better connection.
Bluetooth constantly disconnect, can’t turn on music, audiobooks, or a podcast. One hearing aid will work. The other one won’t. Never know what will work. I know it doesn’t help with Apple constantly doing updates, and these app writers are expected to keep up. I get it, but it is insanely frustrating when you are solely dependent upon these hearing aids.

Used to be good
I never had any issues whatsoever with my hearing aids until the most recent update. Now, I can’t adjust my program without one of my hearing aids disconnecting, and more often than not, one of them doesn’t even connect when I use them in the morning. Please fix whatever went wrong with the update!
Not very user oriented
These hearing aids are shrill and are accompanied by a complicated app giving users the chance to record health data and answer your phone through your ears, but not much help in adjusting the hearing aids.

No longer works with the TV Connector
Sine the last 2 Apple IOS updates (minor ones), the app seems to no longer work well with the tv connector. When changing the volume or Ambient, I get the message “changes can not be applied”.

When I speak, it sounds to me as if I have my fingers in my ears. I've not experienced this with my previous hearing aids.

Surprisingly Stupid
How can wildly expensive hearing aids have an App this bad? Connection to the hearing aids is unreliable. The App is unstable and causes hearing aids to re-start. Functionality is limited.

Quit working on phone
After the last two updates,the hearing aids does not work on the iPhone. You can still use the app, but I miss them working on the iPhone. The aid's also don't work on other applications like camera notification. You also remove one of the Bluetooth connections. I am up for some new hearing aids in a short time. I will probably get another brand. You have really messed up the app.

Not super satisfied 🙄
I have had my hearing aids for about 3 years. Not once have they been programmed to help me hear what is being said around me or to cut out enough of the paper shuffling noises are all around me. No one has been able to make them work for me. Not sure if it’s the audiologists or the hearing aids.

I can be a foot away from my phone and Bluetooth reception is lost 5 times in ten minutes. Waste of $7,000!
Recent update BAD!
Since the last app update, controls do not work when connected to the bluetooth TV device. Constantly disconnecting, won’t let you mute, change volume, etc. PITA!
My new ears
The hearing aids by my Phonak have helped me with my tinnitus. The constant ocean wave in my ears are being reduced. Attaching my Bluetooth to my phone gives me privacy to listen to in company or hiking trails. They are fun to operate and be connected.

Poor connection
My hearing aids usually show only one aid as working on the app
When it works
I stream a lot. While streaming, I mute. Almost daily, the mute only activates on one hearing aid. To fix this glitch, I must delete app and reinstall. Not at all convenient when the place I work (horse barn) doesn’t have good internet connection. Very annoying.

Update removes profiles
I was pretty happy with the app until the latest update removed all the optional profiles, leaving only "Automatic" and the one for hearing loops. Even the ones I'd made myself. How is this justified?
Battery life
The one thing which is missing from the app, and which would be really useful, is the ability to monitor battery levels for the disposable battery types.
