Interference in aids
Every time I open my phone, open an app, receive a notification the hearing aids go quiet. The sounds around me are dulled.
When on a guided tour this is very bad, when I want to take a picture and still want to listen to the guide it is not possible. The phone opened in the camera then quite an all sounds around me until I quit the app or camera.
These hearing aids were given to me by the NHS but I prefer the older ones.

Why doesn’t it open . Won’t click on
Not bad!
The only function I find frustrating is that when the app needs to be updated all of my programs disappear. I have to take photos of the settings. I guess it’s just the particular Audeo aids that do this but it is still frustrating and time consuming to re program. The app is great otherwise and I use it frequently throughout the day!

Bluetooth with Samsung TV
Habituellement la connexion se fait bien . Cependant hier et aujourd’hui le son coupe. Hier c’était un peu aujourd’hui complètement.j’arrive a voir que le son vient de mes appareils mais c’est que du grésillement. J’ai essayé fermer mon téléphone. Tout réinstaller l’application. Ça fonctionne pas. Également mon téléphone IOS est à jour.

I do occasionally find the Bluetooth overrides another device if I am streaming for example!
I can’t connect to my iPhone 17 Pro
I very much enjoy these hearing aids but they are impossible to connect to the app! IMPOSSIBLE. SMH

Enjoy the renewed sounds I was missing for so long and especially the bluetooth connectivity with devices. These are very nice.
Phonak
My Phonak hearing aids have only worked for 5 days this entire year.The last time I sent them in to Clear Ear Jacksonville fl, the Audiologist said he would have Phonak rebuild them and give me a new charge. The HA’s only worked for 2 days and they never gave me back a charger. My hearing aids are still under warranty but its a useless warranty so I bought new hearing aids because I was about to lose my job since i couldn’t hear good. i didn’t buy Phonak because they dont stand behind their own products

Lack of hearing setting that actually helps you hear the people your speaking too
why doesn’t the app have a setting for speech clarity for the people you are speaking too in front of you? Instead of amplifying the whole environment so I can’t hear the people I’m actually speaking too while drowning out the background. Need to drowned out the background!!! Come on do better!!
Terrible App
I don’t even use app anymore. Let’s start with just connecting. It’s beyond glitchy. Sometimes it’ll connect, most time won’t. I’ve had reload app multi times to try sync. Just have it drop the hearing aides. The hearing aides are spectacular. The app?? Waste time. Shouldn’t be procedure every time want connect to app or use it. I feel sorry for older people that aren’t tech savvy

An iWatch component would be most helpful. Perhaps a future expansion of software?
New Phonak Cros hearing aids
I got my new cros hearing aids last week. So far they are doing excellent and I love being able to make my own programs with them.
