Working unproperly
The left hearing aid is not even a year old and is already making weird sounds like a static noise, they told me to change the receiver which I did now the device disconnects off the app and it continues to not work properly, I’m thinking on switching brands, the ones that look like an earbuds, no wires at all!

Not sure about this app
This app is so finicky, when it works it’s fine, but many times one or both of my devices fail to connect to the app. When I go to costumer Service for help it tells me to re-start devices, turn on, turn off, re-start phone, and all things possible. Everything is turned on, it just quit working, it disconnects itself from my devices and it is extremely annoying when you want to connect for obvious reasons. As I write this review, only the left side is connected, right side just won’t connect. Hope it gets better.

I’m Stuck With these
I’m on my second pair of Hearing Aids issued to me by the veterans administration phone act is OK but I don’t like their app. I don’t know if it’s just my hearing level but when my Hearing Aids switched to streaming via Bluetooth, there’s just nothing but dust and noise in the background I have to constantly go into the app and adjust the sound settings for Bluetooth. There’s no way to save them and make that automatically start when Bluetooth starts frequently. My programs just switched back to automatic by themselves too. It’s not a very good app.

Find my hearing aids and co.
I love that there is now a ‘find my hearing aids’ in the new update but it still needs a bit of work. I tried it out, and where it states “move so the signal strength increases” it doesn’t actually do that - the signal strength doesn’t increase, so you can’t tell if your close or not. But a fantastic idea nonetheless. Also there are still issues with connectivity, it takes far too long to connect to the hearing aids!!!! Please improve this app

Auracast for the infinio sphere ultra?
I’ve been patiently waiting two years for my Infinio sphere to get the promised auracast update. It’s one of the main reasons I purchased the aid. However although this latest update promises auracast it is not showing. Will we ever get the update???
Never again
This is the worst hearing aid app I’ve used to date and it will keep me from ever trying Phonak again. More than 50% of the, usually when I need it quickly, this POS app is disconnected from my phone, always requiring rebooting the aids and/or phone. Never had that problem with my old Resound aids. Goodbye Phonak.

App with potential
I do want this app to work as it should. On the positive side it is a useful thing to have and can help in many situations. On the negative, setting change when SMS are received or transmitted… the same either WhatsApp, emails. Saved individualised programmes can simply disappear. It disconnects from the hearing aid for no reason that I can determine AND it has been like this for years. Phone know about these problems but have yet to address the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Still not a useable blue tooth device.
All Bluetooth connections are flaky.
Sudden volume increases are distracting.
Audio volumes are often out of control range.
Left hearing aid often doesn’t connect. Of course, left and right sound levels are unpredictable due to ear canal changes in hearing aid placement.

Worst pair I’ve ever owned
I’ve had these phonak hearing aids for almost two years and I deeply regret getting them. The Bluetooth feature would be nice if I didn’t have to reconnect my hearing aids to my tv several times a day because they decide to disconnect on their own. There hasn’t been a single day where they’ve actually stayed connected to the tv while watching. Not one.

The connection between my phone and my hearing aid is constantly dropping out,why does this happen every time I listen to music or phone?

Connectivity Issues
App consistently drops one or both of the hearing aids multiple times an hour when Bluetooth streaming despite strong and constant fibre internet connection . Can take up to 15 mins to get them to reconnect. Extremely frustrating. Need to go back to my AirPods in order to stream music etc.
Everytime I open the app they loss connection, one will connect, say the right, but the left won’t. Went the left finally connects the right one drops. Get trapped in a loop for over ten mins before I usually give up.

Sphere Bugs
The MyPhonak app resets the hearing aids to default settings when trying to customize the listening environment settings.
After several pair of hearings aids, these are hands down the best!
I have even had a new set of hearing aids, which I have gone back to my Phonak and donated the new ones, which were much more expensive! I will never change brands again! I purchased a new pair and the guy talked me into purchasing a different brand. He was replaced and when I went in for an adjustment, I brought in my Phonak pair. I had a broken wire, and the tech said he could fix the broken wire, and I am back hearing great with my Phonak hearing aids! THE BEST EVER!
