Photos are safe is a lie
I downloaded a lot of photos to the vault as part of my access with cricket, which I have on autopay so it never lapsed. I was grossly misled in thinking my photos were safe after logging back in after an extended period of time to find all of my photos were gone. Talk about memories that I wanted to tuck away for awhile… so obviously the phone offloads the app. Log back in several months later to look for something and its ALL GONE. I write support asking WTH happened? I’m paying for this access as part of my bill. They said since I hadnt logged in within however many months, they get deleted and that I was emailed several times. Way to go with formatting emails that look and feel like SPAM and phishing attempts… as well as naming them under Asurion, which didnt click as MyPhotoVault. Grossly misleading and very disappointed.

Used to be great
Been using app for years with no issues but this latest update has caused the app to constantly crash 5 seconds after opening it despite deleting and redownloading countless times. Can’t backup anything as of lately because of this issue. Please fix it

Because I don’t have any problems with it and it’s a good app.
Crashes
I’ve used this app for about a year now to back up old photos and then got a new phone, the newer iPhone constantly has the app crash. Multiple times it will show there are no photos, and any action then crashes the app and black screens before going back to home.
Transfering photos worked just fine that’s why 2 stars. But other than that the app is unusable currently.

Doesn’t open
I just did the update and the app won’t open. Opens and crashes. Please fix.
App malfunction
App started great but can’t access my photos anymore and app won’t stay open long enough to chat or contact customer support
All gone
Every photo all 500+ and video’s gone after the latest update. Have tried several times to reset app and they will not appear. Can’t believe I trusted this as my only backup option.

I upload my photos but they never finish downloading. Trash app!!
Deleted everything
I had 90 GB of data backed up. After most recent update everything is gone. Shows blank thumbnails where pics and vids once were. When I open the app it closes automatically in about 10 seconds. Uninstalled, restarted phone and reinstalled app, no difference.
Uploading data now takes even longer. Less than 10 pics took 32 hours to upload while on a stable, high speed wifi connection.

Storage Space
There isn’t enough storage space and not an option to remove duplicates.

My cricket plan says it comes with 150GB cloud storage but when I downloaded the app, it says I only get 2GB? Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you
