Excellent service
CJ showed up right on time and took care of everything quickly. He even walked us through all the extra features, which was a great bonus. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

CJ was extremely informative, helpful and did an excellent job installing the hub and sensors. We really appreciate everything he has done for us. Such a friendly bloke and extremely good at his job
Worked for 4 weeks then failed
Previous System by same manufacturer failed. Paid for upgrade as couldn’t get replacement parts. Convinced to buy app based system now locked out with no support. Would not recommend
No 3rd party connection
Doesn’t connect to any home automation system. So not possible local control of air for visitors
No smart home connection
App runs self contained and no 3rd party connections . This means it does not connect to google Home, Alexa or other smart home hubs. No voice commands, no way to change or see temp beside using your phone. Most other smart zone controls allow for smart home integration.
