App has a serious problem
If you get stuck and need a tow, the navigation can’t distinguish between east and west.
This sends the tow truck driver in a completely different direction and it takes for ever for them to get to you.
Unfortunately the customer service people don’t add that to the notes. It’s not their job to do so. The software ness to be fixed. Huge problem for me.
Please fix this stupid bug.
