Terrible app
It’s difficult to make an application this bad but they managed to pull it off! For instance the password auto fill sometimes put the password in the username box which is plain hilarious
Can't login
Tried multiple times but failed to login, unable to change password due to unknown error 99999. So why don't you make it better if you really want to serve ppl? It's just a waste of time and money to make such an unavailable app for your customers.

无法识别信用卡
超级难用！…添加信用卡只能靠图片识别，所有新的信用卡都识别不了，就不能让用户手动添加信用卡吗？
生物认证不能用
麻烦支持下生物认证登录吧，上点心吧…面容ID都不可用…更新了版本还是不可用。

一直要我重覆登記 biometrics. Prudential 廹客戶用 app, 但 app 功能不全不正常運作，又𣎴能用電腦網頁版登記新信用咭，是醁廹我們斷供嗎？
