They added “stories “ to this app which seems like a duplicate but you have to delete every one separately! No selection delete or a trash can delete to remove these items! Let’s take care of this! The app was much better without this!!
Low quality product that doesn’t integrate in any way with any other system
This is a very low quality anachronistic product. Total trash and mostly just a sales pitch. There’s an additional fee to link your garage door with a Tesla. There’s another, additional fee to link your garage door with a Hyundai or Kia. Other cars simply can’t be linked at all. Doesn’t integrate with Apple Home. It doesn’t integrate with Apple Shortcuts so you can’t script it. On the other hand, it’s very happy to give you endless sales pictures for other garbage products that also did not integrate with other ecosystems. This is 90s era trash.

Just when you think they won’t make it worse, they do.
Every single update comes with more issues. It won’t connect, I have to close the app and reopen before I can hit the close button, it doesn’t show me the stair is of the garage door like it’s supposed to unless I open the door. It’s like someone is playing a joke on me.

Status not updating
The gate status in the app does not update. When you try to operate the gate, the control appears grayed out. Tapping it still works, but it opens or closes the gate without showing the current state. The app also does not display any status information when it is opened.
This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Eat your own dogfood! Do developers test this app at home before release. Every other or every 3rd release screws it up where it won’t open the door after a dog walk whether on Spectrum Hotspot or home network.
