Constant connection issues and hidden paywalls
App constantly logs me out, it’s incredibly difficult to add other users without bumping someone else out. Ive had to install a keypad as we just can’t rely on the app. Also there are hidden paywalls to use hardware I’ve already paid for. Avoid this ecosystem if you can. Other manufacturers have much better apps that actually work

Terrible App
One of the worst apps I use. Can link my Apple Watch as it just keeps logging out. The app also logs out randomly. An app that’s designed for convenience turns into an app that creates time wasting having to log in constantly. Awful
MyQ sells your data
I was happy with MyQ for the most part, but they sold my data to Amazon Key. This is disgusting. I received a notification that MyQ is now connected to Amazon key. What???? After researching, you can’t turn it off. MyQ channels all disputes to Amazon. There is no way to unlink your MyQ account from Amazon key on either apps. Just disable it but my data has been shared without my permission. MyQ, you are corrupted.

Pausing audio
The latest version of the myQ app pauses audio playback every time I use the app. There is no reason opening or closing my garage door should interrupt music, podcasts, or audiobooks. Please remove this behavior or make it optional. It’s an unnecessary and frustrating change that negatively impacts the user experience.

Will not login
Whenever I login in with an email it just sends me back to the login page. Can not use the app
Latest release blocks your other audio sources
I absolutely despise this app; it has recently started running an ad at the top of the main page, which turns off any audio playing from your other apps, e.g., Podcasts, Music, Spotify. You have to affirmatively switch over to whatever app was playing and restart the audio.
Beyond that, it’s buggy and sometimes doesn’t get along with VPNs.
Finally, it constantly markets products you definitely don’t want.

Updates ruining usability
The updates made it so I wasn’t able to use this app and then two days after the update another update thus making the app not useful again. Maybe just update so it doesn’t work. And delete the app why even try to make anything work anymore.
Needs Apple CarPlay
It needs to add the troubleshooting step of factory resetting the garage door opener. It took me way too long to set this up after searching the internet for that easy solution. I was setting it up after someone else had previously used it.
It also desperately needs to work with Apple CarPlay. Seems like an obvious feature but having to get my phone out and waiting for the app to load is more of a pain than just using a clicker.

Decent app but they spam you with subscription and cross sell ads all the time

Why does this app stop my music when I open it? I just need to open the garage. Please don’t interrupt my music or podcast while I’m driving.
