Asks for reviews too often
This is the 4th time today. Every time I open the app, I am prompted to leave a review. I want to quickly open/close my garage door, but the extra clicks of being asked to review the app blocks this process and is annoying. Even after I leave a review. It asks the next time I open the app.

Keeps asking
The garage close button is stuck half the time
Half the time the app wouldn’t open when you want to close it. The button seems stuck. While you are frantically trying to close the garage before driving away the pop up comes to write a review. Even after writing a review, the review pop up comes every time you open the app.

Stop making me write a review EVERY time I need to open my garage!
Sucks
Used to work good years ago and with every update has gotten worse. Literally never updates the position of the garage door even after closing the app and reopening. Causes issues weekly. Will never buy again!
I like the app when it opens
This app does not open 80% of the time unless I swipe up to reset it. All my other apps including ADT and nest opens almost right away. I wonder when this app will work on the first try because it's faster to exit the car and punch in the pass code on the wall pad
Why no timed close?
Really confused as to why you guys haven’t added a feature that will close the garage door after a amount of time just like cars have and plenty of other things like the lights and motion control room. No one’s using it. It should be closed or at least implementing a feature that sends an alert to the user telling them to close the garage after a certain amount of time. Would be much much higher on the priority list for security features.
Even further that to make it more accessible customizable you could also make it a toggle so people can use that when they want to, so if they’re working in the garage or something that’s gonna require the door to be open for an extended amount of time.
Just saying if I can have my car doors locked after 60 seconds of me leaving the vehicle having my garage door closed on its own after 15 minutes if no use or any triggers I’d feel a lot more secure.

Not worth downloading
I have tried to set it up numerous times and it can not find my garage door or it will not connect to it.
Doesn't Always work
It doesn't always come on when you beed it to. When it does work it's nice. I also have Ring and that one always works so not sure why this one is having issues.

Can't set up my new garage door opener
Using the app to set up our just-installed opener. The app finds our opener and prompts me to select the located device...but there's no device on the screen to select. Deleted and reinstalled the app...still doesn't work.
Since it’s forcing me to write a review
Update: I left a review yesterday, and now I’ve lowered my review stars to 1/5 because another pop up requesting I make a review came up.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I’m in a rush and the apps too busy asking me to give it a review before I can open or close my garage. So here.
