When turning tv on it turns on gaming console even when that is not most recent application

Network and server error all the time

I have been using Samsung SmartThings for a while to control my Samsung smart devices at home. But recently there have been a lot of network and server error: “Try again later”. It’s like 8 out of 10 times it fails without a concrete reason. Checked online and was told server connection was fine. Customer service didn’t help. I have to keep removing and re-adding the App. That’s the opposite of “smart”!

Does not function

The app just does not work most times. The tv is switched on, the app says it’s off! No amount of refresh helps.

So much unnecessary bull

This app makes it harder to use the TV. They’re trying to get you to buy more of their products, which would theoretically all “work together” on this app. In practice, it just creates more and more barriers to accessing the functions you might actually want to use. It also lets them push content on you that helps them make money. This is not about consumer convenience. It is a marketing tool, and you are being targeted.
