Cannot add old models, really bad Samsung should still support older models, I don’t why they removed old models like UN60KS8000 to add to SmartThings app.
Setting up is like pulling teeth
The setup was so tedious I returned the TV and bought a Roku.

For a very long time, I could not get this app to work to save my life. Now, not only does it work, I can access it from my lock screen to adjust my television. 4/5 stars, since my other reviews were deleted.

Devices randomly become offline
Devices like tv and soundbar randomly go offline . The only way to get those back is to delete and reconnect them to the app, which is not easy . They fail to connect many times before they can connect. Such a waste of time.

The app remote doesn’t work for more than about 10 minutes, then I have to re open the app, sometimes the app crashes, (idk why) and other than that I have no problems.

Your Smart Things app is really difficult to use. Constantly disconnects or goes into some annoying dark screen sleep mode

This service intermittently comes on screen and the pic goes off. I can’t wait to take this off of my tv. It’s some str8 BS.
By far one of the best apps
I am away on a little getaway with my family and had to leave my cat at home since he doesn’t do well traveling in the car. I was able to turn on a tv show through this app miles and miles away from home. It totally worked I can’t believe how good the app is that it allowed me even miles away to be able to operate my tv so my cat can be entertained.
