I don’t understand why

Why can’t I extend my time on dryer? Why does it stop before the time has ran out?

Finicky

Works from time to time must make sure your running it in the background when you leave home to run routines. Has a mind of its own when you come home just starts running routines. One would think a Samsung product would work the way it should.

Terrible app

Had app previously but won’t let me re download without adding a card horrible app

Too many updates

So for some reason with all these updates, it logged me out and my sensor is for water moisture control and to turn off the water was off and we actually had a flood. It’s unreliable until they I mean it works beautifully if they’re all online, but if they keep requiring updates or in signing all the time it is unreliable for emergency

Smart things but slow :(

You can only adjust temp by 1 degree at a time , guys!!! Just give us a slider or a dial so we can dial in the temp we want. It’s awfully slow, and connectivity is flakey when trying to connect to Samsung AC units.

Perfect

Very convenient, I like it

Not working

Not working and continues to spin when opening to use.

Useless

Easier to use remote controller
This app just full off pop-up adds and marketing for Samsung

Not helpful

This AP is reporting my fridge is working properly. Meanwhile my 3 and a half year old bespoke French door fridge is operating at 40degrees and above. I have to continually power cool. But my food is going in the trash. The inside view does not update unless I open the door. So for real life it is useless

Worst app ever

This is literally one of the worst apps ever it never keeps my TVs connected to this raggedy app, and I can’t even get my subwoofer to ever connect. My refrigerator, barely connects as well as my washer and dryer. This is literally one of the worst apps ever created in Sam should be ashamed of ourselves instead just give people working remotes and that would be more suffice.

Great app but

Every time i restart my phone, i have to sign bk in.

Awful

Ap is terrible

Glitchy but helpful when it works

I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I need to use it, so I generally only do it a few times to change the background on my frame TV. Although I currently can’t do anything on the app or sign in after a reinstall so I was prompted to write this review. It’s the glitchiest app I’ve ever used and will move on to something else.

Can your phone do that?

Trash. Pushed an ad for their new phone disguised as a notification.

Offline always. Cant rate it lower

The device constantly goes offline. It sucks. Cant rate it lower

Takes all your phone storage

WARNING ‼️ I downloaded this, expecting it to only take up a little bit of storage on my phone🫪this App takes up way too much storage it’s ridiculous and not worth downloading.

No no no

Super cool that my washing machine just sent a push notification telling me to buy a new Samsung phone. I hate this timeline.

Login issues

The wifi is still logged on the phone but the tv is showing offline

App won’t show anything

For months, the app shows nothing and just keeps loading for eternity

Ads

I literally just got a notification completely out of the blue that was an ad for a Samsung phone. Are you serious
