Concept great, I use this often. But incredibly glitchy and laggy.
If you’re Samsung either have to stick both feet in on this remote-remote control or take your one foot out entirely. Because, as I stated the concept is awesome, so useful to have a remote in my hand at all times, but the app is lagging in smoothness.
*Also, add haptic feedback to the buttons, preferably, say “two bumps for vol up and one bump for volume down, for instance.

Could be better with Samsung TV
I wish it wouldn’t time out so early on tv on my iPhone. I have to restart it too frequently. It’s annoying.
Doesn’t work
Tried for the first time to get this app to see my fridge. Never connected. Lame
Garbage app
Shows my device is offline while I’m editing remotely. Mandatory app that hasn’t been touched in years. Very flakey.

Not good, not reliable
Dude…the app constantly need to download a new version of the device controller…my app has been downloading the device controller for months now with no completion of said download…AND, while I’m trying to use the remote for my tv…the app updates don’t fix this long running problem…making the app tv remote pointless…

Very resourceful for backup
Whenever I can’t find my remote around the house cause I have a two-year-old that moves them around from place to place. It definitely comes in handy whenever I don’t wanna get up I can cut the TV off from my other TV remote and control both TVs I like that feature.
Refrigerator delivery
The delivery guys were very nice,friendly and helpful showed me how to adjust the temperature and clean up all the plastic cover,cardboard on the ref.
Stop Removing my TV from the app
I’ve had this TV for years, and I normally use my physical remote. My physical remote is always charged and I keep it by my TV, so it’s normally the most convenient way to use it.
Every once in a while, though, I can’t find my remote or want to use my TV while I’m I. The kitchen. Unfortunately, EVRY SINGLE TIME, my TV has been removed from the app because I haven’t used it recently enough. There is no option to prevent this from happening. There is no way to reconnect your TV unless you power it on with the remote.
It makes the app completely useless unless. And it shows ads. Infuriating.

This app really sucks! Honestly every time I open the app it wants a 3D layout of your house! Why just why?! Then when you hit the remote 9 times out of 10 you have to download the latest and greatest update. Probably because it sucks soooo bad!!!!!!
Worst UI
This is probably the poorest UI I have come across. Clunky, buggy, unintuitive and unresponsive. Very laggy with the hardware (Smart TV)

App keeps freezing
I have had this app since I moved into my home almost nine years ago and I’ve also updated every time I’m required to do so. Now all of a sudden when I hit a command or prompt the app won’t progress forward into what I’m trying to access. I thought the updates fixed all the bugs. Why am I having this problem? Can somebody help me with the fix?
