This app is not working nothing opens up to use it
App Not Working Anymore
When I click on the ‘my plan’ tab or ‘find a provider’ tab nothing loads anymore. I just get a blank screen.

This app is garbage. It won’t log me in and most of the time the app won’t even load. When it does load it won’t accept any user name or password it just flashes. I’ve updated it, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it and it doesn’t want to work. The website is equally trash.

Good App still having trouble
It’s an excellent app when it is working. In the last 2 weeks I have had to delete the app and redownload it multiple times. Sometimes when I get a message or send one O get the perpetual loading circle. Also, when I am looking for claims or authorizations ( that window of the app) completely blank. It won’t let you log out to log back in. The only thing that works is deleting app and redownloading

Worst app ever
Worst app ever. I’ve had to reset my password several times and when I do, it resets to the login screen when I temporarily leave the app to go generate a new secure password to use, and ending up starting all over. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!
Attaching files to messages via ipad corrupts files
I do not have a personal computer, so I prefer to use my iPad to manage private insurance-related issues.
I find this app very unintuitive.
Usage-wise, I’ve had issues loading out of network claims as an attachment via the “messaging” area.
You are only allowed to load 5 files at a time and they last time I uploaded from the iPad, the files were corrupted.
To submit the paperwork, I’ve had to break my rule and use my work laptop to submit the forms via messaging on the web app.
I find this app very unintuitive.

Constantly have to remove app and reinstall
Gets stuck. Send fix.
Bad login experience
Face ID doesn’t work as the app logs you out immediately after using this method. The app used to auto fill the password from Apple but now when you select the password in Apple passwords it brings you back to the log in without any action.
Pretty bad costumer service
Capitalism completely fails in being able to find a good health provider.
They do not solve anything, I am receiving unjustified charges. Quantum Health are liars, each time I call they told me they are going to call me back, and they don’t.

Nothing works
This app is absolutely horrible. I am not one give a bad rating as I’d rather not waste my time. This app is so bad I’ll make an exception. Nothing ever loads but blank pages. I mean nothing works. I have to go to a desk top browser to get anything done. My god what is the point of even having an app?

Logs out immediately
The app will no longer allow me to utilize it, every time I log in, it will go to the welcome page and then immediately log back out. Has been doing it for a couple months now

Not a single part of this app is fully functional.
You cannot login, you can’t forget password, or forget ID. They say the parameters aren’t filled in correctly when ITS THEIR CALENDAR. When you try to click links or login to telehealth they hang and eventually fail. The search is mid. Not even filters, you basically just see everything and have to sort everything. I’m not sure what I did in this world to be subjected to my company using Meridian or MyQHealth as a third party but you all make my life significantly harder for no reason. What purpose do you even serve. Glad you pad your pockets for no benefit to consumers. I hope you get locked out of your healthcare apps in your sickness and in health! 🥰

Really badly made app
I’m not sure who is giving this app 5 stars… this app is hopelessly horrible. A crude user interface that opens to a website that won’t even go through different pages. Attempting to get any kind of information from this app is extremely tedious. I wish we could go back to the Aetna app.
