I have a membership so i decided to downloaded the app.. now it keeps saying “unable to locate account.. put my vin in tried the plates put in the last 4 of my CC.. still wont find my account.

Got two new vehicles and getting them changed over has been a nightmare. Been with QQ for over a year now and have been treated like a criminal.

Great car wash! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the service is fast, and my car comes out looking clean and shiny every time. The location is well maintained and the whole process is quick and easy. Definitely one of the best car washes around. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

And all my time lost calling and sending e mails for nothing
They don’t want to cover the damage.
Be careful when you wash your car there they just thinking about the prof not for clients I will remove all my cars from there, hope you never have a damage there and they will never pay for the mall operation the machines
