Horrible has become useless
Never worked good but worked. Now useless. They managed to make a bad app even worse. When it did work it was sum what a bait and switch. Plus offers are getting very weak.
App doesn’t function properly
The app never worked!!! Recently visited and found out needed reservations for buffet and couldn’t load at all from the app!!! Not to mention there is poor signal at the casino itself!! Problem loading things and not displaying information!!!
Eh…I hope it eventually evolves
I have to say, I don’t care for this new version of the app. It’s definitely not as user friendly as the original one and the original version had much more content in my opinion. I still love the casino and I go as often as possible! The promotions at red Hawk far outweigh the promotions at any of the other local casinos!

Good to review your reward status.
The App is Good
It works well and makes it so you don’t have to go to a kiosk to claim your offers. It also reminds you of current and upcoming offers but you also get emailed. It would be cool if they made a slot game available through the app or a wheel spin game you can play on the phone that will give the lucky winners some free play dollars when they come in.
