no dark mode
why no dark mode support for iphone. rude looks when open this in a cinema or concert hall or meeting it is so bright whereas your myroger app does support dark mode. have i missed some hidden setting?

Poor design
When working, good, but many problems. Almost impossible for my handicapped wife to tell when it’s on. Very weak and poor display. Almost impossible to tell battery status. Microphone constantly flips when worn with lanyard. Let’s have a better design!
What a great product!
My Mum has been using this device for a few weeks now, and it’s life-transforming. I hang it around my neck, and she can hear me chatting to her from the kitchen. She can now speak to my daughter when she’s in the back of the car. Definitely worth the investment!

I cannot get help with my hearing aids. No response on remote help site.
No connection.
Works well at home. Doesn’t work at all away from home. The app tries to connect but fails. A good device supported by poor software.

Not worth the money
The function to wire into the digital sound of the TV didn’t work but just pointing it at the TV helped. However trying to use it in a restaurant seemed almost pointless.

This app worked perfectly until this week. Now it won’t pair with my Roger 3. I called Phonak tech support and they could not get the app to pair with my Roger 3 either. Where do I go for help?
You just sent an answer for me to contact Support. I did that and was told they could not pair my hearing aids with my Roger 3, that I should contact my provider. My audiologist said this is your app so why would it not be your responsibility.

Really makes being in a group with background noise much easier to understand what’s being said!!! Pricey but in my opinion, worth every cent!!!
