Don’t appreciate the logo change
Creating arbitrary updates so you can push out a pride logo isn’t something I support. Perhaps spend more time getting your app to work than pushing ideological causes for virtue points.

No Functionality
You can only view your bill in this app. All options are greyed out. When you click support it takes you to ads on their website. Unfortunate and poor display of technology. Sad really.

I don't know why they changed app to LGBTQ logo and no their own logo. Stop embarrassing and being disrespectful to the Christian and Muslim community that's a majority of your customers.
Absurd app
What’s the point of having a username + password and a passkey if I’m going to get logged out and then get error messages when I try to get back in?? This app is the most frustrating garbage only second to the garbage service I get that constantly cuts out in the middle of the city.

Been getting notifications about sales for plans and have nothing to do with the service I already pay for.
