Service is poor, customer service is poor, the app works randomly
Had some poor experience few years back and nothing changed. Can’t wait the end of contract to move. The app is something that you need to be lucky to have it working.

For a communications company it is hard to fathom a more cumbersome app. This thing stalls out, fails to record information and has a user interface that could not be uglier.

Worst customer service ever
I had a charge on my phone that was an error on the billing. I live near the US border and frequently I get a charge for roaming that I did not do. Usually a phone call with an agent will resolve the problem. However, today when I called I first had to put up with an AI program before being put on hold to wait for an agent. I patiently waited and after for 2 hours and 15 minutes, my call was disconnected due to the fact that they were too busy. Right now I am looking into changing my T.V, Internet and Cell phone provider. I need some good old fashioned customer service.

Don’t use
The app is great to check your account but don’t use it for any add-ons because if you make a mistake, they will hold you to it. They made me pay for two travel passes in the same week which cost me $75 when it should’ve been $25 so don’t use it for any add-ons because you will definitely be out of money if there’s a mistake or the app glitches and makes you pay more

Payments in App needs improvement
Why is it so difficult to make a one time payment when I have auto pay set up? My credit card is on file so I should be able to just push one button to make a one time payment off that card. The app forces me to change my payment type to Manuel, input all the credit card information over again, make the payment, and then switch back to automatic payments by re-inputting all that credit card information! Unnecessary re-work because somebody didn’t think through and understand the customer journey.
Most things in this app work but the amount of hassle required in unacceptable. I dread using this app, but the wait times for calling in or “chat” are worse.

Forced notifications
Have to go into the full iPhone settings menu to turn off the promotional notifications, meaning the app notifications are functionally useless. They don’t alert me when a bill is available anyway so the only real use of the notifications is to tell me about sales I don’t care about. Awful design and UX.

The app is working fine the problem is with Rogers once you become Their client you are at your own mercy and good luck after that There is not ways to speak to a person other than the machine They have given the wrong answers

We need a QR code on or apps to be able to scan and add the eSIM from our account to phones this would be the most useful things I loser phones and have to replace them so this would help usher access back to our phones with out going to the store

Whats with the flag colours
Not everyone likes or supports those colours. Respect it!.
Terrible App Experience
Every time I open this app, I am logged out and have to sign in again. Manage Account Services, Offers, Shop, and more, just open a web browser in the app to the website. Why waste time on this stupid app? Just use the mobile website, which is also terrible. Would think a company that is in telecommunications, would be good at this stuff, but no. Would give zero stars if I could.

iOS 17 requirement
Why does the Rogers app need iOS 17 to use. It worked just fine before and now it is constantly telling me I need to update the app making it completely unusable. F-U
