My doctor, Dr. McPhee. They go above and beyond for me. This app and the idea to put this in place is amazing. I am so grateful for these ladies and for them to give us this platform to successfully utilize. Fresh Start is an amazing recovery and wellness pffice.

This my RXNT sucks

The provider has turned off service for us to directly send a messages and we have to go through this. Getting responses is ridiculous.

This is a pretty terrible app

App doesn’t auto recognize addresses or phone numbers. About as basic as you can get.

can't make appointments, can't refill prescriptions. Literally all you can do is message your provider.

Health at my fingertips

I love tele health , I’m a busy single mom and having a medical professional available for me at an AWESOME affordable price is so convenient for me ! Way better than going through insurance which is way more out of pocket ! I highly recommend!!

App never works. Code to get in will be sent and you still can’t log in. Absolute garbage

ReCaptcha Fails constantly

This is a constantly failing app. I cannot even login to view when my appointment is because ReCaptcha is failing. I’m logging in from a mobile app! Seriously fix it

Attempted to open message. Site locked up and unable nor have the the time to keep trying to open.

Just received 4-5 simultaneous notices of same appt. I don’t have time to review repetitive notices. Pls review why so many sent!

Lack of Features

Needs more features like other healthcare apps. Such as access to try and schedule appointments without being dependent on getting ahold of the office. Having a refill request page like other apps for easier access to get medication refill. Without these features you’re dependent on the office and that sometimes is infuriating. Without common features that other health apps offer I just can’t give it a better review. Otherwise the app looks nice and seems to run great.

Miserable patient experience

My clinic uses this platform to manage things like consent forms. The app manages to make even the login process intrusive and time-consuming. Their quirky multi-factor authentication appears to be entirely incompatible with iOS password management. I can’t even find the option to change my password or authentication preferences. It takes significantly longer for me to use the app than the paper process it replaced, from my perspective as a patient. I hope this is helping my doctors, but I would never voluntarily use this product.
