Terrible customer service experience
On app and in real life, customer support is practically nonexistent.
Slower. Every. Day.
I remember when this app worked like other apps. I used to be able to push the “Arm” or “Disarm” button and I could expect something to happen within a few seconds. As of January 2026, without regard to the internet connection being used, this garbage takes no less than 30 seconds to 2 minutes to actually complete one of its very few functions. It would be great if the software developer could take a few days/weeks to look at the code and find out why this app has become so incredibly slow.

App is flooded with errors. On top of mediocre security products that fail all the time. Customer service is a joke. Last contract with these clowns! They keep changing how you login and app keeps logging you out. App is becoming miserable to use. Miserable. Under developed app

This app used to be so user friendly. You rearranged everything and now I have to search endlessly to find things. The two factor authentication you all pushed through made it so that I no longer use facial recognition or passcode to get into the app. Anyone can get into the app now if my phone is on and turn off my alarm.

Sometimes cameras work and sometimes they don’t. When I’m trying to see something it just spins and buffers.

I go to set my alarm from this app and it doesn’t work, even if I’m sitting in my own house. This needs alot of improvement!

1 star if give zero but 1 is the lowest. Camera constantly doesn’t work goes offline called numerous times . Ripoff and not reliable .

Great app, but needs more arming features
So far, I haven’t had any problems with the app working as described for arming the alarm. Needs better scheduling features (instant alarm schedules, geo- arming capability to name a few).

User Manual.
The app has multiple features. However the lack of a User Manual severely limits its’ use. A feature or option without explanation is useless. Very Disappointing.
Can’t get App to Work, trash
Trying to set up for the first time, but it just keeps taking me to alarm.com to reset a password that I don’t have.

I’ve had SafeTouch as my alarm service since 2019 and I’m extremely happy with the service. When I have a problem SafeTouch is quick to handle. When the alarm accidentally goes off SafeTouch is quick to contact us. I recommend SafeTouch to anyone.
SafeTouch app
SafeTouch app is amazing. There’s plenty of easy to use features and it responds quickly to get your system armed/disarmed, look at your security cameras, etc. I highly recommend using SafeTouch security system and their app.
