Sold me some grillfest vouchers then forced users to update the app before they can use it. Update won’t work, money lost. Well played!

Completely Unfunctional

I’ve tried to reset my password 5 times in a row and the app still refuses to accept my credentials. I’ve refused traveling to Sentosa before on account of this abysmal system and I will continue to spend my money elsewhere.

This app is a total scam asks you buy tokens which you can not use in majority of attractions on sentosa or in the shops. Be warned really hard to use, no one in Sentosa seemed to know about the tokens or how to use and no refund. Tourist beware. Ruined our whole experience of Sentosa.

Why do I need to update the app every weekend?

The app works fine. My main issue with the app is that I come to Santosa almost every weekend and every weekend it has a new version that it needs to be updated to. Why?

App developers need to rework login

It is as though the app developers intentionally made it difficult to log on to this app. Every time you open the app you need to enter your password, which requires 12 characters of various sorts of course. The password is never automatically saved, and it’s ridiculous that it is not possible to copy and paste your password to log on. Please update this app.
