I have tried many times and reloaded the app and yet I never get the OTP so I can’t log into the app. Rang the number & still waiting for a fix.

Waste of time. Only able to access SSKB via online portal. Telephone customer service advises “ to give it time” for OTP to arrive in my inbox ( or junk mail box). Still waiting… and waiting… and waiting…
