Setting up an account
Went round and round in circles, verifying codes sent via email and unable to access strong suggested passwords or reset a new password. So I gave up.
App freezes mid-review
The app has started randomly crashing mid-review if you navigate to a different app and come back. And no auto save so it loses all progress. Please add an auto save feature. Would also love an enhanced filter option to pick by visit category - same as is available on the website.
Great until recently
Lately - the last week or so, (June 2024) when I try to log in to the app the whole page just slides up and I can’t do anything at all! I noticed a review from two years ago was someone with the exact same issue. Mine worked fine until very recently. I’ve got the most up to date version of the app and I’ve got an iPhone 11 with the most up to date iOS. HELP! When it works, I love it, would be giving it five stars 👍🏼

Remember to screenshot your brief
Just some advice to potential HGEM mystery shoppers, it’s worth taking screenshots of the brief because after you’ve submitted the report you then can’t access the brief - and if the company says you didn’t follow it, it’s hard to prove that you did!!
Poor App
This is a poor app and falls down at the first hurdle of registration. No password reset option and login doesn’t work even after verification code sent. Not worth the hassle.
Fantastic app
Great app, very intuitive and make my life easier when looking for Mystery Dining
Awful!!!
The app is very annoying and randomly crashes whenever I’m writing my report meaning I have to regularly save for fear of starting again. Also on the final check screen it often gets stuck and doesn’t move past a certain point (this also happens on the safari browser). Very frustrating as you can’t submit your report until you’ve gone through the final check.

Can’t log in
I’ve had this app for months now and I’ve never made it beyond the log in page. Every time I enter my username and password the boxes all slide to the top and you can’t do anything but force closes the app. As a frequent mystery diner on the go a working app would be very handy
Long awaited
Brilliant app, works perfectly and saves needing to get to a pc to log in, as the website never seems to work on Apple
Making Mystery Dining easier!
I love this app! It makes finding and booking visits super easy. You can filter to find visits recently added or nearby, as well as in other locations. The map view shows the exact location of the visit as well, so you can see straight away where it is.
It was very straightforward to fill out the questionnaire via the app and upload photos directly from my phone. Saved a lot of time and now everything can be done from one device with ease!
