Phone app doesn’t work, won’t sync
After about 6 months the MV app updated and no longer syncs with our crescendo. There is an attempt to sync, the app sees the device but won’t connect. Disappointed.

I shouldn’t have to reconnect the device if I leave the app for a second. It’s very inconvenient.

I can’t use the app because, every time I try to open it, it crashes. I just re-downloaded so it’s not because of an old version.

Needs major feature improvement
For toys that cost over $200, this app needs to be a lot closer to what lovense offers.

Just does nothing. Cumbersome to use, horrible instructions, and unfulfilling. Awful experience
Tap to connect ALL THE TIME
This is ridiculous. I can’t leave the app? Or if my screen just locks it loses connection??? I have to fiddle with the vibrator buttons to reconnect if I want to change patterns. Don’t call this a connected app if it has this many issues. VERY, VERY ANNOYED

The does not app maintain a database of firmware version on each device paired, so the app can use notifications to let owner know when a firmware update is available.
The consequence is no Bluetooth auto connect. Instead, every time you want to use the app, you have to pair it again. The designers do this, so they can check for firmware updates.
