Terrible
This blocks access to your Rideshare apps so you can’t accept any fares. They renewed my one month subscription with no authorization. The app doesn’t work and they steal from you.
Not connecting
The app is not connecting properly. Also it’s affecting UBER rating.
Zero trial period?!
No thanks. Asking for nearly $20 right out of the gate is egotistical, unreasonable, greedy, and stupid. 1 star until this changes.

You DO NOT Need this App
I have tried this App for 2 months…all it did was tank my satisfaction rating with my customers due to this App NOT effectively planning out trips.
Also, this App states it helps you increase your earnings by carrying multiple orders…
I stopped using the app because it really is useless. And I was carrying 4 Home Depot orders plus a CVS pharmacy all through just the Uber App.
YOU DO NOT NEED THIS APP. If you want it sure, but you DO NOT NEED IT. Plus it’s extremely basic, & is not actually that helpful.

Lyft stopped working
Logged me out of Lyft and can’t get back in due to QR code request
Not working properly
The app is crashing, take a tom of time to load, then the interface become freezed, none of the buttons work, several times the app does not block the the trips under the settings that i choose

If the times were correct with the Uber app as far as the payday goes and the pay week starting. I would give this app a Five Star.
In its current state it’s not a valuable asset to an Uber Driver.
1-it starts the week midnight Sunday morning, Uber starts the week 4 AM Monday morning,
Consecutively each day in this app starts at midnight, Uber starts at 4 AM every single day of the week.
The Auto acceptance for reservations only includes X rides,
Would be nice to include XL, comfort and XXL

You can see the hourly rate per trip that you’ve done, but again when you go for a daily total or a weekly total the amounts are way off.

Lags and Crashes frequently.
Sluggish, lags, crashes.
App will frequent randomly hard crash and I will have to restart the app. DoorDash app will not pause itself when I receive an active order on Uber Eats. iPad mini 7.
Quit bogging down the app even more with new features such as “ride reservations” when the app is already sluggish and has pending problems that need fixed. This is a paid subscription service. Fix the underlying problems, you are being paid!!

Have had too much struggle with this app
I’ve decided to cancel my subscription, due to too much fuss trying to link my Lyft drivers app. Sometimes Mystro cooperates and many times not. Although, I had allowed CarPlay to display Mystro on my dash, it never ever show or is never available; that said when it pings for offers, I have to take the risk at looking at my phone to select the offer WHILE I’M DRIVING on a current offer destination pickup/drop-off. I feel stressed-out each time I open the Mystro app. I’ve contacted their tech support and they’re always “sorry” but can never rectify the issue permanently.

No work with Lyft
When I try to log in with Lyft, it sends me the code but won't let me proceed; you should update the app so you can connect to Lyft and make the most of that $19 monthly fee.
Not worth it
Wasting time wasting money, nothing special just show you how much is your hour and you can do minimum pay, but anyway you will still get the order from Uber so it doesn’t make any sense

You are aware that TADA Driver has obtained a TLC license. We will soon start working with this app, so please add it to Mystro as well.
Not helpful to see trip location
It’s only shows you the location once you reach the right location so not really helpful way of payment
