Great App
My review after 1 year of use.
The biggest thing I need is fast offer analysis so I can quickly decide whether to accept or reject rides. Mystro handles this pretty well overall. Occasionally, it will reject an offer that looks good to me, and I canât figure out why. It doesnât happen often, but when it does, itâs frustrating to miss out on a solid ride.
Another must-have for me is the ability to monitor multiple apps at once, especially Uber and Lyft, while running in the background. Mystro does this fairly well. I can keep Mystro on screen while it listens for offers from both platforms. However, after the app has been running for a few hours, it sometimes stops recognizing incoming offers. When that happens, I have to stop the app, close it, and restart it to get it working again.
The filter system is one of the strongest features. For the most part, it accepts and declines rides based on my settings, which is exactly what I need.
Where the app really falls short is earnings tracking. This used to be somewhat reliable, but it has gotten much worse. Uber multi-stop trips or trips where a rider adds a stop donât complete in the app, so no earnings are recorded. The same issue happens with Uber Share rides. Lyft tracking has also degradedârides often donât complete and donât get added to earnings at all. That means I canât go back and review those trips or see accurate stats.
The daily earnings tracker on the main screen is a great idea, but itâs rarely accurate. It adds the fare as soon as a trip is accepted, but it doesnât remove canceled trips, doesnât include tips, and sometimes misses completed trips entirely.
My biggest issue is that this is a paid app. If this were a free or beta product, these problems would be easier to overlook. But when youâre paying for a service, you expect core features like earnings tracking to work reliably.
So in short, I like Mystro because it helps me quickly analyze incoming offers and make fast decisions. But itâs not reliable for reviewing completed rides, doing any real stat analysis, or accurately tracking earnings.
Despite all of this, I still use Mystro every day because itâs the only app that comes close to meeting my needs. I just hope the developers can fix these issues, because this app has a lot of potential.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of Money for iPhone Drivers
I donât usually leave reviews, but after wasting my money and watching my earnings drop, I feel like I have to warn other drivers.
Before using Mystro, I consistently averaged over $350 per day driving Uber and Lyft. After installing it on my iPhone and trying to trust the app to help me make better decisions, my daily earnings dropped to around $200 per day. Thatâs not a small differenceâthatâs over a 40% decrease in income.
The biggest issue is reliability. The app constantly throws random error messages, disconnects, or simply doesnât behave the way itâs supposed to. There were times I wasnât even sure if it was actually working or if it had silently stopped in the background. When youâre driving for a living, you donât have time to constantly look at your phone trying to figure out if your third-party app is functioning.
The delays are another huge problem. Ride offers donât always seem to process quickly enough, and every second matters in rideshare. A delay of even a couple of seconds can mean losing the best-paying trip. Instead of making me more efficient, it felt like I was fighting the app all day.
I paid for this app expecting it to increase my earnings and reduce stress. Instead, it did the exact opposite. I spent more time troubleshooting than actually driving. Itâs incredibly frustrating to pay a monthly subscription for something that seems to make your job harder instead of easier.
Whatâs even more disappointing is that the marketing makes it sound like this app is going to optimize your driving and help maximize your income. That may be true for some people, but it absolutely wasnât my experience. Based on what happened to me, it actually cost me money.
Iâve been driving rideshare long enough to know what my normal earnings look like. The only major change I made was adding Mystro, and almost immediately my numbers dropped. Correlation isnât always causation, but after testing it long enough, I couldnât justify continuing to use it.
I know some drivers have had positive experiences, but if youâre an iPhone user, Iâd think twice before spending your money. Read both the positive and negative reviews before subscribing. There are plenty of reports from other drivers describing connection problems, instability, and inconsistent performance, so my experience clearly isnât unique. (Google Play)
For me, the subscription wasnât an investmentâit was an expensive lesson.
I canceled my subscription and went back to driving without it. My advice is simple: if your current system is working, donât assume this app will improve it. In my case, it did the exact opposite.
I cannot recommend Mystro to iPhone drivers based on my experience.
