Charged me twice
I’ve been trying to correct the billing issue. App has been trying to charge me twice for the service. How is it possible to have the service twice under the same phone number and account? The app works 50% of the time. It’s full of bugs. I can’t even find a way to reach out to support with them through their own app for my billing issue. I’ve had to escalate this to apple. The app support linked to this under the App Store takes you to a 404, page doesn’t exist…

I paid and wasted 150$ on Mystro to get ride information on Uber and I’m getting nothing I need refund
Display Bug: Missing Fare Metrics and Destination Information
The app display is currently unusable. The total fare, hourly rate, and per-kilometer rates all show up as blank placeholder values ('$-'), and the screen completely cuts off the rider's destination. It’s impossible to decide whether to accept or manage trips when critical pricing and drop-off details fail to render.

Esta aplicación promete filtrar los mejores viajes o los que elijamos en la configuración, lo cual no funciona bien, pues si te daña la tasa de aceptación y de rechazos, elige viajes incoherentes a los que elegimos, osea se contradice de lo que configuramos y a los que rechaza o acepta. Esta aplicación solo daño y empeoro mis buenas reseñas y buen historial de Lyft y Uber. No la recomiendo para nada 👎🏻 hoy suspendí la suscripción
