Very Disappointed in “MySugr App”
I received my device about 3 months ago, but cannot sign in to MySUGR app. I have called them at least six times. Each time they assure us that they will call and help me get signed on to MySUGR…. But that NEVER HAPPENS. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I have really liked the app and Bluetooth auto sync.
1) I wish the Notes field would be a default and I wouldn’t have to add it continuously.

Doesn’t record via blue tooth
Doesn’t automatically record readings. It worked for a few days then stopped. I did troubleshooting and it didn’t help

MySugar App
One of the earliest devices and apps to navigate. Device tests the blood glucose levels and upon shutting down transfers that information to your phone for the app to store. In the app measurements are calculated and displayed in easy quick glance numbers that are simple as well as easy to understand. I recommend this to anyone who is tired of having to log results multiple times or is looking for an more simple way of doing things.

I am new to diabetes and took a chance on this app. I haven’t tried others yet but this was a great start in helping my health. I never imagined ‘this would happen to me, but it did. I’m glad I stumbled upon this app, it is user friendly and I plan to learn more to use it to help my health. ‘‘This can be a five star app soon!
