Do Better

I haven’t been able to log in to the app as it’s permanently frozen on the loading page, or it states that something is wrong with the password/username (it’s not because it goes to the frozen loading page). For such a big company, your app is rarely user friendly. Do better.

Frustrating

Out of data, and trying to buy additional data. Will not permit me. 2nd time this has occurred. Unable to do this after hours nobody answering and techs not authorized.
