Needs a notification overhaul!
I like most of the app, but the way that notifications are handled on iphone is incredibly frustrating. I'll get notified for chats that other stylists are having with their clients, but my own won't. I'll get notified about random scheduled appointments, but sometimes not even my own. I have absolutely no control over these things on the app anywhere, the closest thing is my actual iphone settings to just turn the entire app's notifs either on or off.
It needs to have options for notifications with options for what specifically we get notified about. It needs more robust notifications so that when they should be going off, they actually do.

Great Scheduler, easy to use

Almost perfect!
They updated the app and now it’s doing great ! I would recommend adding the expired forms & rabies to the app so we can contact them from not only the store but on the go , to prep for our next shift . But other than that … chefs kiss !
App is glitchy
This is app is super glitchy and not user friendly at all. 50% of the time it crashes and everything takes so long to sync up. Please fix this so I can schedule without the frustration. Desktop works great but I’m not always at a desktop when I need the app. Also, it’d be great to be able to put multiple pets on a single ticket instead of needing multiple.

Absolutely worthlesss
I can’t access my own daily tips everything is extremely hard to look at you can’t filter specific dates and you have no idea what your making until you get your check so yeah I dislike this app in every shape and form

This is the worst app to ever exist. I don’t know how it was possible to mess us this bad while making an app. I actually got fired from my job because all of the data has been inaccurate for whatever reason and I missed my shift.
Slow app with lots of bugs that never get fixed
This scheduling app has a long delay when opening and when you try to add an appointment it lags for a good 10 seconds or more. So I basically have a customer waiting on the phone for me to be able to plug in their information and the best part is about 10% of the time it will just time out and completely close the app in the middle of scheduling. So I basically have to use a paper planner anyways. Then I have to come back and plug everything in after working a double shift.

Horrible app
The slowest app ever! It’s constantly needed restarted and takes 10 minutes to do anything on here!! I sent them an email and they didn’t care to resolve the issue.
Reclaiming My Time
This app may be one of the worst scheduling apps that I have ever used, for many reasons. The biggest reason is that a pop-up box opens every single time you open the app asking you to turn on notifications, and the app itself almost seems offended when you select “not now” because it freezes for a second, and sometimes will even ask again. There is NO WAY to turn this off. All of my coworkers and I are beyond frustrated with it.

Never works
This app is terrible it is so inconsistent with working whether on or off wifi doesn’t improve the app running any better. It lags and doesn’t load 9/10 times. The “updates” usually make it worse. Being this is supposed to be used for a business it’s really unfortunate our clients have to wait for it to load or have to get back to them when it wants to work properly. Really slows down productivity

Slow and unreliable
Not only does the app “remind me” that I can turn notifications on every time I open the app, the app itself is incredibly slow to load and laggy. It’s incredibly inconvenient to use and if I want to actually look at my schedule, I have to restart the app multiple times to even get past the loading screen. App also deletes appointment & saved spots without prompting and doesn’t save information in the client profile. Seems that the developers do not care to fix any issues, as these have been going on for YEARS

It’d be great if it worked properly….
I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app just to open it once to look at my schedule. If I don’t, I can’t open the app and it just loads and loads and then some more loading. It’s annoying really…
Terrible scheduler
The company I currently work for uses this app. They keep trying to make it better but all they do is make it worse. You have to refresh the app a bunch of times. It also beats you out of the app and also when you’re looking at your customers and try to click on it, it says no information is found.

If you are looking for a scheduling app, avoid this one at all costs. It has been nothing but one glitch or bug after another. There is always something wrong with it. It is the absolute worst. There is no update they could do to fix this scheduling system.

The App and the system critically lacks the features. The support staff is seriously lacks empathy.
Glitchy and crashes
This is the most frustrating app to work with. Will say clients don’t exist when they are clearly booked, crashes constantly, and will show there isn’t a client booked even though there is. I loathe this program thoroughly
