can’t change it from PDT TO EDT
having trouble getting it to match my time zone, making it hard for clients to select a correct time and book with me. i tried to deal with customer support and figure everything out and still couldn’t, however i do enjoy the app if that can be resolved.
Not mobile friendly anymore
I’ve been on square appointments with my business for 5 years or so and recently their updates in the calendar format on the phone are absolutely not phone friendly! Clearly they don’t test it on a phone anymore as the keyboard covers the personal time entry notes so you can’t see what your writing and it’s so clunky now and time consuming to put in when your on the go and running a business..the interface changes they have made over the last few months just keep changing and most of the them not for the better sadly we are looking at moving away from square because no care is given for us mobile service businesses on the go! This is what an app is for!

The app was good
You can tell the various teams don’t speak to each other as they build or work on features, because the whole user journey from a-z don’t make sense, but it makes sense within a small area. There are constant bugs now in this app as well, I wish I could write and give you every bug I find which is daily, and I’m a professional app dev myself, so I’m not some user who doesn’t understand what a bug is, I’m telling you it’s riddled with bugs
