ERROR monthly bill view
only shows latest bill no matter what month i choose to view. please fix

Easy registration, convenient in managing electricity accounts, changing ownership, checking bills and making payments through the app, which eliminates the need to visit a physical office. The app can be slow to load, often gets stuck on loading screen failing to log in or view bills. Receiving email replies during your application process is very effective!

Problematic
Not working well on my iPhone. Always prompt me to update my mobile number and then say my number is already on the record and hence no changes. Worst still it is stuck on that screen and you can't proceed further.
Doesn’t seem to work on iPhone
Used to not load past the picture. Now goes to ‘update mobile number’ and when I put my number it says ‘same as before, no change.’ And then it will go no further. This is the correct phone number. I do not want to change it. Will continue to ignore app and use browser instead.

Certain function no responding in my iPhone14
Hi, every time when I want to view my historical monthly energy usage in my iphone14, I have to uninstall and install and it doing well in the first time after log in. The 2nd time I want to use, I need to repeat to reinstall. But the pay the bill doesn’t have such problem. May I know if it only happened at my iPhone? The same apps in IPad 15 don’t have such problem.
R7-9-28 Sun. What’s the hassle encountered issue to access TNB apps to view and settle outstanding bills. Everytime need to use VPN to change location to Malay for clear the bills for family in Malaysia.

so buggy
seems like there’s a lot of complaints yet nothing major has been done to fix the issues. today I tried to check my bills, but it told me that my quick actions is unplugged and that I have to refresh to plug back in?? but I have been spamming the refresh button to no avail. naturally, my solution was to log out of the app, and log back in. maybe that’ll fix the issue. nope. I tried logging back in, but because I forgot my password, I clicked “forgot password”. I input my email as asked, and clicked “submit”. all I got was a blank notification with the “ok” button underneath. ??????? I tried again and again to fix an issue that wasn’t caused by me, but the recurring problems with this app. seems like there’s no clear efforts to fix the app. no point having an app if such an important thing like PAYING UTILITY BILLS is always compromised like this.

Can’t register
An email address with a 4 letter TLD (.asia), which is a valid email address, can’t be registered. The dev team should use a well tested validation library instead of writing their own.

I am currently in Vietnam, not far from Malaysia, neighbour to Thailand and nearer to Malaysia than TW/HK/Japan or more! I can access to other Malaysia private or gov payment APP easily (IndahWater, AirSelangor, MBSJ, Maxis, CelcomDigi and more) without the need of a payable VPN, but why only myTNB has this issue which bringing incoveniece to oversea Malaysian? Much appreciated for your consideration & looking forward to the system upgrade. Thanks.

Apps always hang since several months ago
Most of the time cannot open the statement, just hang there after click one of the bill for statement viewing, this has been happening since several months ago. Developers Please check throughly asap
Adding office and commercial unit is not working
There is no way to key in the account no. And once I tap on the account no area, the apps just hanged there even though I waited for 5 mins

Always buggy hard to use
This app always will have inconvenient timing to bug out, it won't load properly and it won't list out how much I've used so far etc. even one time I paid first time it didn't go through saying error and refreshed the app and it showed me that there's still bill to pay, so I paid second time and it showed my receipt only for me to check my bank it had charged me twice. Horrible, hope the devs absolutely improve this simple app so we can use conveniently daily. I beg you.

Pls add autopay credit card change for account holders, eg. I want to apply change to autopay of TNB account for family house from current autopay with elderly parent credit card to autopay with my own credit card. The features are very basic in this app
Worst app and services ever
Application take more than one month!!! Plus no more counter service. TNB will purposely off your account so you cant check against the status and your bills.
MyTNB App always hang
The MyTNB is very unstable after upgrade. Most of time can’t view bill. So poor service. Mobile service cannot maintain well.
