Map is spotty
Every other update removes locations, this last update seems to have removed all locations again.
Map no longer works
Don’t know what’s happened but this app no longer works. I had to download a different app to be able to see locations.
Good but
It would be nice to be able to refresh the main screen to update the status of a location without having to close and open the app.
No good for QLD
Needs to state clearly that this app isn’t designed for Queensland users. Wasted time signing up and adding payment details for returns. You can still get woolies vouchers if you use it but all other features are useless in Queensland. Use another app if in QLD.
Too much information?
Why does myTomra want/need full access to my bank account to transfer money. Surely the BSB and Account number is sufficient, what if they get hacked?
No go on older phone
Stupid app can’t download an older app like it suggests on the App Store. Get the intelligent developers to extend themselves to offer an intelligent fix. Ignore this at your Facebook peril.

Stop signing me out
Extremely frustrating, now it won’t acknowledge PayPal email link confirmation. So looks like we are back to voucher.
Requires internet banking credentials
You have to sign into your internet banking with your username and password in the app if you want payment into your bank account! They apparently haven’t heard of PayID, Osko, or BSB and Account number!

Doesn’t work
The barcode option doesn’t appear and when I try to set a payout option it says “we don’t have ways to set payout options” or something. Pls fix

I was a little hesitant to use this, however once I downloaded and made the profile, I found the usage at the Vending Machine extremely user friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend people to start using it. 👍🏻

Nothing more annoying that to pull up to recycle, finding the plant open but then finding there is no digital payout.
Not everyone wants a payout voucher for Woolies.

I hate how it logs out constantly
Every time I get to a return and earn station, I open the app to use it and find that I’ve been logged out. Very frustrating when you just want to get in and out quickly.
Stop logging me out please…
Amazing initiative and it’s great that there’s an app for it… but it logs me out all the time!
