App just stop working hasn’t been for over a week I can’t check anything unless I call and when I did they know nothing useless
Bring back product scanner
This app was great until the product scanner was removed. Now the OTC part (which is what I used it for) is useless
Technologically challenged, and the app works perfectly
I read all of the horrible reviews and told my husband, “I’ll never get it to work because I am technologically challenged!” I downloaded it and thought, “Let’s give it a try.” It is one of the easiest and most basic apps I’ve ever used. It never froze once and I have the slowest and worst internet known to man! Come on people! All of these negative reviews cannot be real! The app is easy to use and self explainable. If you have a problem call the number for help.

Doesn’t Work
I saw that there was an app associated with the Medicare program website that said shop on website or app. Apps are usually better so I switched to the app. Worked fine until check out and then it didn’t work - told me to call the company. I went back to the website and signed in (with same user and password) and logged in. The item I was trying to purchase was even in the cart. I checked out using the website and it worked just fine. So app has issues when it comes to payments.

Very hard to use
I can’t believe that they don’t have a way to find if a product is covered in the app.

Will not work… was fine in February but now won’t work..accept cookies won’t work.. cannot get it to the ordering page .. this is bad enough but try to get help is a painful experience to say the least..

I’m only surprised that the rating is as high as it is. I got to the screen where I enter my email and it wouldn’t go any further. Total waste of time.

App hard to use
The app stops working constantly. I have to delete off my phone and re-download. Scanner does not match what the cash register covers, ex: scanner says product is covered and then the cash register will deny the same product. App is not reliable and when I called Highmark for an explanation, representatives were unable to provide answers or give me any solid information. Terrible app and I may consider leaving Highmark altogether at the next Medicare Renewal.

This app has always been clunky and difficult to navigate, since last update does not work at all. Shop Now screen is frozen, no further navigation is possible
My mom can’t shop on the app
My mom’s benefits started March 1st, she hasn’t been able to shop on the app or look at the catalog due to the app pages freezing up. Please fix this so people can shop on the app! Many
people are probably unable to use their cards in the store so this may be their only option.

Why bother
Why would you waste your time using this bug-riddled, crash prone, constantly freezing app, when you can add a Safari bookmark to your home page to log directly into your flex card benefits site to perform the tasks the app seems unable to deliver.

When the activate card pop up message displays. The app freezes. The pop up doesn’t accept any activity and there’s no way to continue.
Well, the current update got rid of the pop-up. However the screen is still frozen, rendering the app totally useless.
