Long way to improvement…
The user interface is pretty basic and straightforward. However, it’s kind of useless to have a “Request” button which ultimately leads you to 98% of selections to a “FAQ” page to the city website.
I don’t know if that was the intent to only provide info but, the app certainly gives you the runaround to links that will ultimately lead you to no “prompt and easy” solution. It’s just redirect , redirect, redirect, and here’s some stats and sign up for the newsletter.
Hoping it gets better.
